Plastic materials and their treatment
Kopečný, Aleš ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This research the basic empirical knowledge about the processing of plastic materials. The following are analyzes of the nature of plastic materials and analysis of the use of these materials in the engineering industry. This paper deals with the technological methods of processing plastics. Specifically, it is done as a summary of information about the technologies needed for the production of molds for plastics. Production single parts from thermoplastic
Ruibar, Jakub ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The project developed in terms of engineering study of field N2307-00 Engineering Technology submits a design of components from plastic production technology – centre ring of labels on CD. In literary study there are summarized the basics of technology issues in elaboration of plastics injection into the metal form. The work includes production of component technology assessment and design of component production technology. Furthermore, the work includes the design of constructional solutions injection form, the option of suitable material of injection and the injection machine as well as the economic classification of production. As part of this diploma work is also considerations process of injection through the use of simulation program Moldex3D. This work is supported by appropriate drawing and appended documentation.

The line borders
Kazdová, Kristýna ; Sikora, Piotr (referee) ; Mikyta, Svätopluk (advisor)
The difference in perception of reality is caused by the language that creates the terminology for naming formal entities; the definitions of these concepts are abstract. This creates both a collective inconsistency and an incongruity between content and form. In consequence, the question of the objectivity of attributing an abstract image to specific material should be asked. Elementary elements of the drawing expression as a line/picture are primarily perceived in formal boundaries. The goal of my work is to move beyond these boundaries.

Progress in technology of mold milling with coated profile tools
Doležel, Ondřej ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is involved in possible development of different types of milling molds coated with modern plows. The first part is devoted to an analysis of contemporary trends in forms production technology. The analysis includes the different types of machines and tools for making various kinds of molds and dies. Another part deals with design of dies for sheet metal shears. The thesis continues by design of the production procedure after heat treatment and finishing die by miling. For milling of die are designed miling tools, the NC program and the possible development of manufacturing the die using a new machining center and the possibility of production optimization. The penultimate point of the thesis is technical and economical evaluation of the direction of development and comparison of positives and negatoves of each method. At the final evaluation is all summed up.

Machining of vulcanizing molds from aluminum alloys
Kaška, Zdeněk ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of deep drilling of vulcanization molds from various aluminum alloys. The work will describe a brief description of machined materials and tools for deep drilling, including the production of the vulcanization mold itself. Based on experimental measurements, the analysis of data and knowledge gained from deep drilling of aluminum alloys with different silicon contents will be performed. In the end, the individual components of force loads for both machined materials will be compared

Design of technology for a mould manufacturing for casting in short run production
Pivoda, Miroslav ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of thesis is to describe the basic methods called Rapid Prototyping in theory and using one of them to create master model. Master model will be used to create silicone mould where a limited series of wax models will be by means of vacuum casting chamber. They will also be used to make ceramic form in which the final pad will be cast from freely accessible materials. After processing it the suitability of the proposed technologies for the production of the part in question will be assessed.
