The Proposal for Digitalization of the Recruitment Process in a Personnel Agency in Brno

The diploma thesis deals with the challenge in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of the branch of the personnel agency situated in Brno. The theoretical part contains literature searches in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of personnel agencies through strategic management and a description of selected analytical-research and evaluation methods used in this area and type of research. The analytical part contains the application of selected analytical-research methods in order to identify key factors for assessing the possibility of digitalizing the local strategy of the Brno branch, whose conclusions enter the COP method for subsequent evaluation. Based on the results obtained, in the design part, a suitable variant of the further direction of the company is chosen and its elaboration into more specific interventions.
Industry 4.0 as part of the public policy agenda in the Czech Republic

The topic of the diploma thesis is the development of the policy of Industry 4.0 in the Czech Republic. The main idea of this initiative is to respond to the coming fourth industrial revolution, which will affect not only the means of production, but also society. The concept of Industry 4.0 is thus very heterogeneous, affecting not only the change in the means of production and changes in the labor market, but also educational policy or the digitization of public administration. It is therefore an important issue that is the focus of the functioning of a wide range of actors in various areas of public policy. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the agenda of Industry 4.0 with selected main representatives who respond to this topic (from the ranks of formalized institutions). The question that the thesis tries to answer is what we can expect from the coming fourth industrial revolution in the Czech Republic and what threats, and conversely the benefits, can be expected. Especially in the labor market, which poses a specific threat to the Czech Republic, which is a highly industrialized state. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the current fourth industrial revolution and its impact on the automotive industry. This search also maps new technologies that can be used to increase the efficiency of car production. It presents examples of already implemented projects towards complete digitization according to the vision of Industry 4.0 and its potential for the future. Automatic Leveling And Loading Platform For Autonomous Production Line

The following text aims to familiarize readers with the basic concepts and construction solutions of an autonomous production line using additive production to serve as a data source for research and development of industrial production systems and predictive maintenance systems. The first part deals with the conceptual arrangement of the modular autonomous production line and its components. Subsequently, the technical and construction design of the automatic platform of the autonomous 3D printer cell is described, which ensures the manipulation of the glass plate, which serves as a base-plate for the printed product.
Map documentation of the historical development of Němšová village

The content of bachelor thesis is the analysis of avalaible sources of Nemsova. Bachelor thesis describes map data and their content, which is suitable for evaluation of historical development of the city. The available maps shows the city´s territory from the period of military mapping to the present day and captures a range of approximately 250 years. They describe cartographic methods of expression and methods of representation of topographic map content. Based on these documents, the city development was subsequently recostructed. The result is the case study evaluating the development of Nemšová and land use development in Nemšová. The final study is supported by available maps bases, tables and graphs.

This bachelor thesis deals with industrial interface IO-Link, sensors and display elements which enable communication on this interface. The thesis focuses on principles of the communication between devices and masters which are connected by IO-Link interface. The subject of the thesis is an instrumentation of the IO-Link components and research of devices available on the market. The aim of this thesis is a specification of the components, design and construction of a panel which demonstrates the IO-Link interface and programming control app for the PLC and visualization.

Table recognition is an important tool for digitalizing documents that con- tain tabular data, which often occur in areas of administration, finances and education. This thesis re-uses existing optical character recognition software to construct a new table recognition algorithm that aims to simplify the digitaliza- tion of diverse document types. The resulting algorithm achieves comparable or better results than currently available open-source software. Thesis additionally reviews common methods of OCR software implementation, and measures the influence of image preprocessing quality on the outcome of the table recognition. 1
Analysis of communication of the non-profit organization People in Need on Facebook

The aim and the goal of this thesis are to analyze the digital communication of the non-profit organization People in need through its Facebook posts. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first one focused on the phenomenon of new media and social media. These two subjects will be defined and base on available literature. Then the theoretical part will focus on non-profit organizations, their strategies and especially their digitalization and digital communication. The finding from this part will be applied in the analyses. The methodological part will set the process of content qualitative analyses and pragmatic linguistic analyses, which will be used in the practical part. The practical part will focus on the categorization of the Facebook posts and then especially on language occurrences. There will be specific examples in every part of the thesis. The last part will sum up the findings and highlight the important parts.
