The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical chapter explains the definition of the budget, its components and methods of its calculation. The practical part consists of the compilation of ancillary budget costs of a specific building by an individual method of calculation. 	Stanovení ceny vedlejších rozpočtových nákladů výstavby rodinného domu Hrdá, Gabriela ; Trtílek, Petr (oponent) ; Tuscher, Martin (vedoucí práce) Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice stanovení výše ceny vedlejších rozpočtových nákladů výstavby rodinného domu. V teoretické části jsou rozpočtové náklady rozděleny na základní a vedlejší a jsou blíže popsány. Větší důraz je kladen právě na vedlejší náklady, o kterých potom pojednává praktická část. Jejím výstupem je seznam položek vedlejších nákladů, které by se měly zohlednit u výstavby rodinného domu, a jejich ocenění. Sečtením vznikne přibližná celková částka, která je následně srovnána s vedlejšími náklady vybraných realizovaných projektů a též s procentními sazbami, jež v souvislosti s vedlejšími náklady uvádí společnosti ÚRS a RTS. Na závěr je stanoven ukazatel ceny vedlejších nákladů na měrnou a účelovou jednotku. Úplný záznam
