The bachelor thesis deals with the compilation of the budget of a building with a focus on ancillary budget costs. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical chapter explains the definition of the budget, its components and methods of its calculation. The practical part consists of the compilation of ancillary budget costs of a specific building by an individual method of calculation. The conclusion is the summary of the acquired knowledge and recommendations for the selected company.

The practical part consists of the proposal of variable technical solutions and their comparison based on the chosen criteria. The conclusion is the evaluation of various variable technical solutions and the selection of the most suitable technical solution regarding the purpose of the building.
