Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení novostavby bytového domu v Bystřici nad Pernštejnem s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Objekt je řešen jako pětipodlažní budova se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází dohromady 10 bytů. V objetu se bude nacházet výtah. Svislý nosný systém je tvořen z keramických tvárnic s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek EPS u nadzemních podlaží a suterénní obvodové stěny jsou tvořeny z tvárnic ztraceného bednění s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek XPS. Základové konstrukce jsou tvořeny ze základových pasů z prostého betonu. Stropní konstrukce jsou provedeny jako železobetonové stropní desky. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a new apartment building. The building is situated in the cadastral territory of the town of Břeclav, in the Poštorná district. The building has four above-ground and one underground floor. There is an exit to the roof at the level of the fifth floor. The building has a basement and is covered with a walkable flat roof. The staircase, which serves as an exit to the roof, is covered with a pitched roof. The building is composed of two blocks of different sizes. The total number of residential units is 12. The construction system is wall structural. The structure of the ceiling is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Vertical structures consist of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The foundations of the building are made of foundation strips
