Stavba malé přenosné 3D tiskárny

Práce je věnovaná popisu technologie 3D FDM tisku, srovnává jednotlivé typy 3D FDM tiskáren a analyzuje klíčové součásti, zvláště ty, které jsou nezbytné pro stabilní přenosnou konstrukci 3D tiskárny. Rovněž zahrnuje konkrétní návrh řešení přenosné 3D FDM tiskárny, její montáž, vlastní vylepšení konstrukce, návrh a realizaci aretačních brzdných prvků. Dále se zabývá testováním tisku pokročilých konstrukčních materiálů vhodných pro 3D FDM tisk a poskytuje rozpočet nákladů a zhodnocení výhodnosti stavby přenosné 3D FDM tiskárny.

Design and construction of multipurpose FDM 3D printer

This thesis is aimed on a theoretical analysis of the issue of various 3D printing technologies with a deeper focus on FDM technology. The principles of the function, areas of use, their advantages and limitations are presented. Individual types of FDM 3D printers are compared. An analysis of the main components of the structure, movement mechanism and electronic components of common rectilinear Cartesian FDM 3D printers is created. A 3D model of a custom solution for the construction of a 3D printer of the CoreXY type is proposed. The printer is constructed and configured. Calibration and testing have been carried out.

Electronic chess

This bachelor thesis is focused on function of capacitive sensors on a printed circuit board and a series of measurements from which it was possible to create a subsequent sensors for the chess board. It also deals with the CoreXY technique, according to which a design of a motion mechanism is made in the Siemens NX program, and its subsequent implementation. The device includes a microcontroller for which software is created to process data from sensors and control stepper motors.

Cílem této práce je revitalizovat již existující 3D tiskárnu. Stručně shrnuje možné technologie 3D tiskáren se zaměřením na technologii FDM a více do hloubky zpracovává možnosti pohybu os X a Y. Především se věnuje návrhu modelu 3D tiskárny podle vybraných technologií tak, aby splňovala požadované parametry. Následná realizace je založena na přesném výběru mechanických a elektrických komponent. Dále se zabývá implementací obslužného softwaru Klipper na rozhraní OctoPrint. Celá tiskárna je navržena jako uzavíratelná buňka s automatickým vykládáním výtisku.

The principles of the basic types of 3D printer mechanisms using this technology are explained in more detail and compared with each other. The solution and parts list of FDM 3D printer with CoreXY mechanism is proposed which is then constructed and tested.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou 3D tiskáren, konkrétně konstrukcí kinematického typu CoreXY. Obsahuje přehled základních technologií 3D tisku a seznamuje čtenáře s technologií Fused Deposition Modeling. Věnuje se také nejpoužívanějším materiálům pro tuto technologii. Dále jsou popsány typy konstrukcí a komponenty 3D tiskárny. Je proveden návrh a vytvořen model v modelovacím programu Autodesk Inventor. Práce obsahuje popis realizace tohoto řešení a je zakončena zhodnocením.
