The master's thesis describes VoLTE service, LTE evolution and deployment (deployment phases, actual LTE state and future perspectives etc.), EPC-IMS architecture (functional node description, interfaces etc.). Communications between nodes and functions, interfaces and protocols which are used during signaling (SIP-SDP) and data flow (RTCP RTP). The thesis briefly describes basic call flows, bearers types (GBR and N-GBR) and their establishment/delete during communication. The next part of master's thesis is about VoLTE implementation solutions, IMS installation and configuration. The final part of the master's thesis describes the network and protocols tests and analyzes.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the architecture of the IP Multimedia Subsystem, its main elements and extension functions. It also deals with the implementation of the IMS network in the simulation environment Open IMS Core, which is also briefly described. The first chapter describes the IMS architecture divided into layers and it also defines the basic elements such as CSCF and HSS. In addition, it briefly characterizes the most commonly used communication protocols and the structure of identity in IMS. The second chapter deals with the open source environment Open IMS Core, it briefly defines the individual parts and contains a list of configuration files. The third chapter introduces the additional services offered by the IMS architecture. It characterizes their basic functions and their way of working. The fourth chapter focuses on the practical part of the bachelor thesis. It describes configuration procedure of the Open IMS Core and testing of its functionality. It is divided into four sections according to the individual configuration steps.

Analysis of presence services , setup of headers of SIP messages during makeing service provideing informations about accessibility of clients and iFC criteria.Furthet project is focused on the implementation of the IMS network based on the Open Source SIP Server Kamalio, Open Source IMS Core System FhoSS, creation tests scenarios for presence services and test-bed for IMS.
Surveillance system for Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem

The master’s thesis describes IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) in terms of IMS core ele- ments (functional description, different implementation, signaling etc.) Communication protocols SIP and DIAMETER, together with SNMP protocol, which is used for collecting data are briefly described in this thesis.Thesis is also describing various IMS projects to- gether with Open IMS project, for whom was this surveillance system designed. Next part deals with architecture design of surveillance system along with management options implemented in surveillance system for users and administrators. The main part of master’s thesis deals with the description of the surveillance system for the experimental school Open IMS network and describes the remote configuration of core elements and monitoring of network traffic, together with the monitoring servers performance. The most of the data in the designed surveillance system are processed into graphs, which are regularly updated. The final part of master’s thesis describes the configuration and implementation of monitoring tools MRTG and NfSen that were used in created web based surveillance system.
