Táto práca sa zaoberá problematikou motivácie zamestnancov spoločnosti Mountain Gifts, Inc. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť motivačný program pre spoločnosť na základe analýz súčasného stavu spoločnosti a návrhom vhodných zlepšujúcich opatrení. Analytická časť práce aplikuje poznatky z teoretickej časti na prostredie spoločnosti a poskytuje podklady pre návrhy zlepšujúcich opatrení a následného vytvorenia motivačného programu.

This master´s thesis deals with expanding business activities of company Turing Technology Ltd. The aim of the thesis is to propose possibilities of expanding the activities of the entity on the basis of processed analyzes of the external and internal environment of the company. The analytical part of the thesis applies the knowledge gained from the theoretical part to the environment of the company and provides the basis for suggestions for the development of activities of the organization that will be practically applicable in practice.
