Food services provided within the air transport

This thesis is devoted to food services provided within the air transport. The first chapter introduces the air transport, influences on it during the last ten years and current trends in onboard services. The second chapter is dedicated to food services in the air transport. It contains for example system of boarding in case of low cost carriers and detailed description of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). The third chapter comprehensively describes operation of the flight catering companies. The fourth one contains analysis of six most important flight caterers in the world. The last chapter lists and describes current trends, news and assumptions for the industry.
Catering services provided in the rail transport

The aim of the thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the state of the railway and its services in the Czech Republic. The first chapter informs about the development of rail transport and its current role in the transport system in the world. The second chapter describes the catering services in the rail transport, the forms of providing of these services and functions which it performs. The conclusion of this chapter divides the rail catering according to the place where the catering services are provided. The practical chapter analyses the catering companies operating in the rail transport in the Czech Republic and their offer and market share. The final chapter focuses on performance and future trends in the rail catering.

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of company Eurest, ltd. Its goal is to demonstrate appropriate methods of financial analysis, to apply them to a specific company and to interpret the results. The goal will be achieved through methods like analysis of financial statements, calculation of various financial ratios and ultimately bankruptcy model and analysis of financial health of the company.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the accommodation and catering services in the region Lipno. The aim of this work is the analysis of accommodation and catering services in this area and recommendations for the formulation and development in selected areas. Results were achieved by using primary and secondary data. Primary data from the questionnaire survey was used and controlled interviews, which contributed most to the proposals and recommendations set out in the end work.
The analysis of the accommodation services in Ceske Budejovice

The thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of the tourism and accommodation services in Ceske Budejovice. The main goal of the thesis is the analysis of the accommodation facilities in Ceske Budejovice. The importace of the thesis consists in identifying the state of the supply of accommodations services, the level and the quality of the accommodation facilities in Ceske Budejovice. The study includes assessment of the current services, the breadth and the depth. In order to elaborate this thesis 134 questionnaires in the survey were obtained, 13 out of 19 hotels in Ceske Budejovice participated in the interviews. The analysis was conducted using the mystery guest services. The purpose of this thesis is also to provide observations gained as a basis for the future studies, to help develop the supply of accommodation services (and even more in the work of sub-analyzed services) in Ceske Budejovice.
Strategy map of a catering company

In the diploma thesis Strategy map of a catering company the strategic map of a model catering company operating on Czech market has been constructed. Strategy map was chosen as a transparent and effective measure concerning the important parts of the strategy of the concrete company in a way of visual shortcut in line with the well-known methodology: KAPLAN, Robert S., NORTON, David P.: Strategy Maps, Harvard Business School Publishing Corporation, Boston 2004. ISBN 1-59139-134-2. In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis the basic elements important for the construction of the strategy map were described and also the professional services of the catering company were presented. In the practical part the catering market of Czech Republic is analysed and then, on the basis of determined opportunities, the newly founded company VIP Catering is being modelled. This company addresses VIP clients with the offer of first class quality VIP services. Subsequently its mission, vision, SWOT analysis were determined, strategic goals were analysed and divided into four basic perspectives and reliable key performance indicators were suggested. Consequently strategic iniciatives and appropriate organization structure were developped. At the end of the practical part the strategy map for the VIP catering company was designed and the causal relationships among the strategy elements were outlined. The main result of the diploma thesis lies in the originally constructed strategy map on of a newly established catering company operating on Czech market.

It describes the possibilities of catering services at the Prague Ruzyne airport / particularly concentrating on the two biggest companies CSA a.s. and Prague airport/. The conclusion of the diploma work is focused on the satisfaction of the employees with offered catering services at the airport Prague.

Uvedený podnikatelský plán provozovny Healthy Choice zdůrazňuje důležitost zodpovědné přípravy a pečlivého plánování při otevření nové provozovny.
