Práce se věnuje analýze trhu stravovací služeb v oblasti Blatensko a zkoumá možnosti zavedení regionálního produktu cestovního ruchu v dané oblasti. Další oblastí zájmu této práce je analýza cateringu na zámku Lnáře. The work focuses on market analysis of catering services in Blatensko region and examines the possibility of establishing a regional tourism product in the area. Another area of interest in this thesis is an analysis of catering at the Castle Lnáře.
