The aim of this diploma thesis is trying to solve difficulties connected with administrative buildings. In this thesis we are talking about possibility that administrative building can have low energy footprint. Most of energy consumption of administrative building is not created by heating but mostly by cooling and by consumption of office equipment. That is why there have been used modern equipment of the building as well as automatic control of building equipment.

Preparation for the implementation of cascading buildings Olomouc - Hejčín

The content of this thesis is the construction of new technological project of apartment buildings A and B in Olomouc. Residential buildings A and B are identical, but are differently oriented to the cardinal points. Buildings are designed terraces. Buildings have a 4th floor 1PP. The supporting structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete columns and ceilings. Infill walls are composed of ceramic blocks. In the 1st floor are located garage, the other floors are designed as residential.

New build of chalet

The objective of this master´s thesis is a working out of project documentation of building "New build of chalet" containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. The project deals with a construction of a four storey chalet with 17 rooms for guests and restaurant. The object is situated in Dolní Lomná on a sloping terrain. Structural system is monolith skelet with gabled roof. The project documentation includes drawing, texting and calculation part.

Realization of frames coarse upper construction of polyfunctional house in Brno-Bohunice

Bachelor´s thesis deal with phase of cast-in-place concrete frame of upper construction of polyfunctional house in Brno-Bohunice. This phase contains monolitic columns, permanent formwork walls, reinforcing core walls and ceilings. House is half basement structure with four storeys and endings with flat roof. Own purpose is comercial and living character after structural works are finished. This specific structure is fictional and it is based on diploma thesis. This thesis contains technological perscription, schedule and budget, it is expanded of own design of PERI formwork of vertical and horizontal constructions, even time calculation to off taking formwork.

Sport Centre Královo Pole

Design of building is one solitaire two-floors object. The main purpose of design was effort to conect all required functions. The shape of the building is derived from the shape of the rink. The total mass consists of two rounded raising shapes which are indented. The first shape represents the inner side of the rink which starts with an access ramp and ends with the final terrace at a café. The second shape copies the first one with the fact that it is increased for one floor from the very beginning of rising. The building is situated in the northwest side, which is the most visible side from the access communication. The entire building is covered in perforated sheet coat. Moreover, the coat graphically illustrates stylized crystals of water - ice. This page therefore demonstrates the secret of the shape, height and colour of the object.

The subject of this thesis is the solution of the gross monolithic superstructure especially designs of technological process for the realization of the structure of the building. The technical regulations will be prepared draft reports formwork, describes the individual work and procedures during construction and guidelines for compliance with safety on the construction site. The thesis also includes proposal for building equipment, machinery, preparation of schedules, etc.

Reinforced Concrete Frame - Design of Selected Part of the Building

The thesis is focused on an assessment of existing structures at the four-storey apartment building. The supporting system design consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. The subjects of assessment are girders, columns, beams and continuous slab. Another part of the project focuses on the design for reconstruction of nonconforming elements, which are the girders and beams. The work includes the development of structural analysis and reinforcement drawings of reconstructed elements.
