Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení stávající konstrukce u čtyřpodlažního bytového domu. Nosný systém konstrukce je tvořen železobetonovým monolitickým skeletem. Předmětem posouzení jsou průvlaky, sloupy, trámy a spojitá deska. Další část projektu je zaměřena na návrh rekonstrukce u nevyhovujících prvků, kterými jsou průvlaky a trámy. Práce obsahuje vypracování statického výpočtu a výkresy výztuže rekonstruovaných prvků. The thesis is focused on an assessment of existing structures at the four-storey apartment building. The supporting system design consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. The subjects of assessment are girders, columns, beams and continuous slab. Another part of the project focuses on the design for reconstruction of nonconforming elements, which are the girders and beams. The work includes the development of structural analysis and reinforcement drawings of reconstructed elements.
