Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby "Novostavba horského penzionu" dle náležitostí příslušných platných norem a předpisů. Projekt se zabývá stavbou čtyřpodlažního penzionu, se 17 pokoji pro hosty a restaurací. Objekt se nachází v Dolní Lomné ve svažitém terénu. Konstrukční systém je skeletový monolitický, zastřešení sedlovou střechou. Součástí projektové dokumentace je část výkresová, textová a výpočtová. The objective of this master´s thesis is a working out of project documentation of building "New build of chalet" containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. The project deals with a construction of a four storey chalet with 17 rooms for guests and restaurant. The object is situated in Dolní Lomná on a sloping terrain. Structural system is monolith skelet with gabled roof. The project documentation includes drawing, texting and calculation part.
