Remuneration and providing of employee benefits in Danone, a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the staff remuneration in an enterprise. The theme is mainly focused on the field of employee benefits. The practical part solves the implementation of a new benefit scheme in a particular organization in a wider framework. It aims to provide an illustration of a significant bond between the tendency of the market and employees remuneration. It also covers the bond between culture of a particular organization and of employee remuneration. The real data reflecting external and internal environment of this organization and captured in a concrete time period are used in this thesis, additionally, the measurements used in business practises are mentioned.
Active labour market policy

This thesis presented deals with the problems of the active labour market policy.The aim of this work is to analyse instruments of the active labour market policy, possibilities of utilization, its functions and influence on reducing unemployment in terms of the region Chrudim.In the practically part I attend to fulfilment of national reform plan and the region Chrudim.Conclusion and possible suggestions will be drawn on the basis of conducted analysis.

The thesis deals with the topic of unemployment, studying the solution lying in the active employment policy. The theoretical part defines the term labour market and unemployment together with its measurement and types. It also outlines the unemployment policy, distinguishing the passive and the active form. The practical part is focused on the Pardubice Region, describing its demographic and economic characteristics. It describes the actual situation on the regional labour market, primarily focusing on the active employment policy in the region, tools being brought to bear and the methods of funding.

This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with issues of gender equality in the labour market. Especially the labour market situations, which are regulated by Czech legislation and legislation of OSN and EU. These situations include recruitment, remuneration and approaches to decision making. The bachelor thesis also describes gendered organizations and gender-integrated organizations. The practical part evaluates the respondents views on gender equality in the labour market. Especially on conditions, which are in the labour market created and if these conditions are respected in practice.
Analysis of the Czech labour market.

The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the situation in the labour market in the Czech Republic, especially during the period from 2002 to 2009. The theoretical part is focused on notions from the perspective of economic theory and methods that are used during the analysis. The practical part deals with the comparison of selected labour market indicators in the Czech Republic and compares their value with the European Union countries. The greatest attention is paid to the long-term unemployment and the causes of its origin. This part is followed by listed possibilities forsolution which help the state to reduce the number of long-term unemployed,moreover, an alternative of active employment policy tools is provided.
Position of immigrants in German labour market

Bachelor thesis is focused on position of the immigrants in German labour market. The first chapter defines basic terms related to migration. The point of this chapter is to show relation between historic events and their influence on migration. One part describes causes of migration and also its consequences on countries receiving or sending labour force. The second chapter is focused on migration policy of Germany and describes possibilities of entering and living in Germany and what are the rules for the EU members. Moreover this chapter provides detailed characteristic of migrants, their age, nationality, reason and place of stay. The aim of the third chapter is to describe the position migrants in German labour market according to their unemployment rate, wages and possibilities of employment in comparison with situation in France. Furthermore this chapter is focused on integration and naturalization of foreigners and position of so called second generation of migrants.
DISCRIMINATION AGAINST WOMEN IN THE LABOUR MARKET

The diploma thesis deals with the status of women in the labour market. The thesis outlines gender issues and focuses on the principle of equal opportunities for men and women, which has become largely a public issue. The thesis aims to explore two areas in the sphere of employment. The first aim is to detect differences in the status of women in the labour market regarding the level of employment equality and to identify factors that affect them. The second aim is focused on finding differences in the gender pay gap and to identify factors that determine them. The situation of women in the labour market and the wage differences is a statistical examination of data on the Czech Republic. The thesis presents a conclusive explanation of gender inequality in the labour market and the problem of harmonizing work and family life. The legislation is also presented, which represents the efforts of the state to eliminate unequal access to women. Results of the analysis made comprehensive findings of developments and current status of women in the labour market set in a European context.
Analysis of education system of the region CZ with an emphasis on the Hradec Králové region

The aim of my Bachelor thesis on the topic Analysis of education system of the region CZ with an emphasis on the Hradec Králové region is " determine compliance with the graduates of Hradec Králové region, and the current requirements of the labor market in the region " In the first part of the thesis will explain the basic concepts related to education. Subsequently, detailed structure of the educational system and evaluated the CZ legislative and institutional framework for education policy in the Czech Republic. In the third part of the thesis will analyze the development of the educational system in the CZ applied to individual regions, and characterized by changes in educational structure of population of the CZ. In the fourth part of the work is already closer focus on the development of education and educational structure of the Hradec Králové region. To achieve the objectives of finding links education to the labor market in the region, will be the fifth of the labor market is analyzed the work of Hradec Králové region and reviewed the questionnaire, firms located in region.The work will rely on statistical data from the CSO, data from the Ministry of Education, UIV and the county yearbooks.
University of Economics in Prague graduates in labour market

This thesis is focused on labour market integrtation problems of graduates of University of Economics in Prague (UoE). The theoretical part shows advantages and disadvantages of graduate status, presents current trends in employment of graduates and offers known methods how to subsidy an assertion based on cooperation between academic and entrepreneurial area. The practical part issues from findings acquired by process of the theoretical part. This part is based on data analysis among influaential companies cooperating with UoE concernig actual percieved grade of the graduates from UoE and on data analysis of satisfaction with this cooperation systém. Last part is oriented on factual recommendations for behalving the assertion of graduates from UoE.
Uplatnění absolventů VŠE na trhu práce v ČR

The thesis deals with the career development of VSE faculties' graduates at the labour market. The goal of this thesis was to find out, how the working career looks like after finishing studies and how it is developing. There are described fields of the first job, career growth after eighteen months, the ratio of managerial positions in several categories, a salary height, a holiday length, the size of companies etc. The specifications which the employers require from graduates are approached in the theoretical part where the youth unemployment in other European states is described as well.
