Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti.Cílem této práce je analyzovat nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, možnosti jejich využití, funkce a vliv na snižování nezaměstnanosti v rámci regionu Chrudim.v praktické části se věnuji plnění Národního plánu reforem a podrobněji regionu Chrudim.Na základě realizované analýzy budou vyvozeny závěry, případně navržena možná doporučení. This thesis presented deals with the problems of the active labour market policy.The aim of this work is to analyse instruments of the active labour market policy, possibilities of utilization, its functions and influence on reducing unemployment in terms of the region Chrudim.In the practically part I attend to fulfilment of national reform plan and the region Chrudim.Conclusion and possible suggestions will be drawn on the basis of conducted analysis.
