Proposed communication strategy for Jipka Butovice language school

The objective of the diploma thesis is to draw up the proposal for a communication strategy for the Jipka Butovice language school. A comprehensive analysis of marketing communication costs through the partial breakdown of costs for individual communication disciplines is applied as the working method. The partial objective is to create a comprehensive overview of the structure and the development of marketing costs within the monitored period. By analyzing the characteristics of the language school students, their satisfaction and loyalty and by analysing the discounts offered, the satisfaction factors and defining patterns of customer behaviour are further determined. The output is a summary of the analysis conclusion and a subsequent series of recommendations for company management which forms the basis for strategic decision making and future planning. The role of the communication proposal derived from the relationship of the conclusions drawn from the selected analysis is to increase the level of customer relationship management and to effectively allocate the costs for various marketing communication tools for the language school.

FINANCIAL SUBSIDIES IN AGRICULTURAL COMPANY

This diploma thesis deals with financial subsidies in agricultural company ``A{\crqq}, especially it is concentrated on financial subsidies of plant production and livestock production in this company in 2005-2008. The theoretical part describes problems of agriculture and reasons why the society has to support the agriculture then there are mentions of strangeness costs in agriculture and a costing model. Of course there are a list of institutions providing subsidy policy in the Czech Republic and the description of its financial supports. There is a financial analysis in the next part. Two situations are compared. Starting situation is economy of the farm without dotations and then the changes when the farm recieves the dotations. On the basis of this comparison, there are some of procurations concerning costs and returns. Another part reviews the structure of the costs.

The theme of this Bachelor´s essay is costs classification and possibility of their analyse. This work is divided into four parts: the sense of costs monitoring, costs classification and their record, possibility of costs analyse and real costs analysis. First part deals with importance of costs monitoring, what costs affect. Second part reflects costs classification meanly different position and their record. Costs and products analysis

The aim of the diploma thesis is to make up costs and products analysis and to arrange costing. These issues were described by vertical and horizontal analysis and were performed costing for particular products with using absorbing costing and variable costing methods. In conclusion were both methods compared and the break even point was analyzed. Theoretical part describes costs classification, methods and sort of costing and break even point analysis as well.

Diploma thesis aims at cost drivers, cost classification and cost allocation. These issues are described with respect to traditional and modern approach and their comparison. In the thesis selected methods of cost estimation and modern methods of cost management are introduced as well. Following the theoretical part, application part focuses on cost analysis in particular company in order to find out cost drivers, to follow-up of cost management system and to give some suggestions, how to improve this area. The application part is not published because of content of restricted data.

Analyse of fleet of Zdravotnická záchranná služba Jihočeského kraje

In my dissertation there are all basic data and abstracts, which involve the questions of fleet of Zdravotnická záchranná služba Jihočeského kraje. Mostly I was concentrated on the structure of fleet as well as costs. Currently I tried to describe the problems of logistics and fleet management. Through the analysis of fleet I solved the questions related to costs and incomes of this company. Further I prepared structural analyse, which concentrates on the number and types of cars, also the satisfaction, which is connected with their using. The detailed analysis enabled me to penetrate and explore the branch of costs and incomes. All data are described with graphs and tables.

Strukturální analýza nákladů Thomayerovy nemocnice

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů jednotlivých nemocničních oddělení Fakultní Thomayerovy nemocnice s poliklinikou. Poskytuje srovnání struktury variabilních a fixních nákladů na klinikách v letech 2005 a 2006. V analýze jsou pro každé nemocniční oddělení uvedeny i poměrové ukazatele variability nákladů a přehled nejvýznamnějších fixních nákladů. Provedená analýza nákladů může sloužit pro návrh manažersko-ekonomických rozhodnutí v řízení těchto oddělení.
