V diplomové práci jsou popsána základní fakta a pojmy týkající se problematiky vozového parku Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského kraje z pohledu jeho struktury, stáří a především nákladovosti. Současně je zde rozebrána problematika logistiky a fleet managementu. Pomocí analýzy vozového parku je řešena otázka související jednak s oblastmi činností správy vozového parku, jeho detailním rozborem a oblastí nákladů na vozový park. Dále pak strukturální analýza, která je zaměřena především na počty a značky vozidel, jejich průměrné stáří a spokojenost, která je spojena s jejich používáním. Detailní rozbor umožnil hlubší proniknutí do problematiky vozového parku záchranné služby. In my dissertation there are all basic data and abstracts, which involve the questions of fleet of Zdravotnická záchranná služba Jihočeského kraje. Mostly I was concentrated on the structure of fleet as well as costs. Currently I tried to describe the problems of logistics and fleet management. Through the analysis of fleet I solved the questions related to costs and incomes of this company. Further I prepared structural analyse, which concentrates on the number and types of cars, also the satisfaction, which is connected with their using. The detailed analysis enabled me to penetrate and explore the branch of costs and incomes. All data are described with graphs and tables.
