This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of documentation a low-energy detached family house in Račerovice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislation and standards. The family house is located on plot number 786/12 in cadastre unit Račerovice. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 12,40 x 9,65 m, dimensions adjacent garage are 7,30 x 4,80 m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof, over the garage is flat roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with floor.

Multi-funkcional building

The Bachelor´s thesis on theme Multi-funkcional building deals with the construction of a building with associated functions in Brno-Zábrdovice, Milady Horákové on a plot located in the gap with the original purpose of undeveloped courtyard. It is a multi-storey building with a basement and seven floors. The property has an underground garage which is soluted by systems stackers. As the supporting structure is selected reinforced concrete skeleton system with reinforced concrete reinforcing core. The base structure consists of white bath supplemented with foundation passports and bored piles. The roof is designed as a single-ply flat roof. Part of this thesis was to anchore solutions hanging facade with movable panels of plexiglass. Living space and rentable commercial spaces occupy most of the building.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of family house and confectionery in village Květnice. The building is designed for a family of five. The proposed building has two floors. Is designed as a standalone house on a flat terrain. The supporting system of the building are made up by system Porotherm. The roof is flat over the confectionary, over RD is solved by modern truss. The roofing system is used Bramac.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation low-energy family house in Třebíč town. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The family house is situated on a plot of 375/40 in the cadastral Týn u Třebíče. The building has two floors "T" shape without basement. Dimensions of the house are 13,1 x 11,1 m. The roof of the house is designed flat roof. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced by kari´s netting 100/100/6 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the flat roofs.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house. The building is a residential unit, partly two-storeyed with a gable roof, partly single-storeyed with a flat roof and a partially cellarage. Ground plan consists of three contiguous rectangles. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM and in the basement from the system Prefa Brno.

It´s about alone standing a family house with optician and eyes ordination. Structure is being in Velká Bystřice near by Olomouc city. This building has two overgroud floor, without cellar. In groundfloor of the house is a small hall, changing room, bathroom with closet, room for guests, living room with a kitchen and penthouse for a car. From the living rooom is entrance on the teracce. In same floor is also optician, zone for employees, closet and eyes ordination. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom and closet. From the hall is entrance on the teracce. The House is establishment on basement plates of concrete foundations and it was built from Porotherm system. The roof is one cloak flat. In the bachelor´s thesis there is designed new building for habitation with tooth surgery. House is located in the town of Cerveny Kostelec, street Lánská on plot No 1007/14. The building has two floors, has not a basement and has flat roof. The building is designed by Heluz system, whole house is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. In the first floor there is tooth surgery and living area. In the second floor there is only living area. The right side is connected to the building garage. The project itself is processed in ArchiCAD 14.

The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.

SMS Enterprise Premises

The Bachelor thesis focuses on small and medium-size enterprise (SMEs) premises situated near the Kšírova Street in Brno. The construction area is to be found in the city district Horní Heršpice. The nearest surroundings are characterised by a multifunctional neighbourhood. At the same time, the new planned city district is taken into consideration. The area intended for reconstruction has recently served as a builder´s yard. The designed construction is composed of two buildings and its location on the plot enables it to form a city block. Both buildings are designed as a four-storey, one of the buildings are located underground parking. There are main entrance hall, production areas with facilities, eating facilities offices and a car park in the buildings. The access to individual production units is from outside back porches. There is an inner yard between the two buildings that is going to be used partly for supplying and partly to rest. The street facades are compact character, austere space is lined CETRIS plates, strip windows are placed in fixed horizontal and vertical lines.
