V bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu se zubní ordinací. Rodinný dům je umístěn v obci Červený Kostelec, v ulici Lánská na parcele č. 1007/14. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený s plochou střechou. Objekt je navržen ze systému Heluz, celý objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází provozovna zubní ordinace a obytná část. V druhém nadzemním podlaží je pouze obytná část. Z pravé strany je k objektu připojena garáž. Samotný projekt je zpracován v programu ArchiCad 14. In the bachelor´s thesis there is designed new building for habitation with tooth surgery. House is located in the town of Cerveny Kostelec, street Lánská on plot No 1007/14. The building has two floors, has not a basement and has flat roof. The building is designed by Heluz system, whole house is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. In the first floor there is tooth surgery and living area. In the second floor there is only living area. The right side is connected to the building garage. The project itself is processed in ArchiCAD 14.
