3D Game Editor

Every larger computer game uses special editor for creating its sources, especially 3D games. The whole scenes from the game objects are allowed to assemble from the editor, together with all properties which are important for the given type of the game. For example, objects can be affected by physical simulation, or they can be important from the artificial intelligence point of view, or they can have a particular role in virtual world etc. The object of this diploma is the implementation of the editor for 3D game based on the Nebula Device library. The application is able to create simple graphic user interface by configuration files. This interface is connected to script functions written in Lua language. XML technology is used for storing the configuration of the editor. Creating the graphic user interface is provided by the MFC library. The application also allows to show the invisible game objects (cameras and sources of light), to select and manipulate with game objects by the mouse in the scene directly. It supports three working modes: scene editing, prototype editing and play mode.

Combining temporal logic and behavior protocols

In this thesis we consider one of the weaknesses of temporal logic - the fact that the temporal formulas specifying complex properties are hard to read. We introduce new temporal logic "BP-CTL", that originate from Computational Tree Logic (CTL) extended with operators partly taken from Behavior Protocols (BP) and partly newly defined. Text of the thesis is divided into several parts. First we introduce reader to the context of the issue. Next we describe new operators and show their usage on small examples. Then we formally define the resulting language (BP-CTL). In the next part we demonstrate the usability of BP-CTL and introduce the tool - called bpctl - for checking properties written in BP-CTL. Finally we evaluate and conclude our work. The text is extended with appendixes including detailed description of used formalisms, mapping tables of patterns collected in Property Specification Patterns project for BP-CTL and bpctl user manual.

The Development of First Computer Writing Skills in the Left-Handed

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku prvopočátečního psaní leváků. Úvod práce se zabývá otázkou současného pojetí psaní na prvním stupni, dále vývojem metod psaní a metodikou vlastního psaní. Další část je zaměřena na samotné leváky. Pozornost je věnována problematice laterality a metodickému přístupu k psaní leváků. Součástí práce je také kapitola, která se zabývá charakteristikou žáka mladšího školního věku. V průzkumné části je pozornost zaměřena na sledování vývoje a charakteristiky psaní leváků v první třídě ve srovnání s vývojem psaní u praváků. Computer Terminology and Computer Slang in Russian and English

Avec le grand développement des technologies diverses, notamment celle des ordinateurs dans le monde entier, une nécessité de donner des noms et des termes aux nouveaux objets et réalités est apparue, touchant toutes les langues, y compris le russe. La tâche de ce mémoire est d'étudier le lexique informatique de la langue russe. Vu que la plupart de ce lexique est composée des néologismes, dont une grande partie est empruntée à la langue anglaise, nous allons analyser plus profondément ces néologismes et les termes en russe, empruntés aux autres langues, enfin le processus lui-même d'emprunt de nouveaux mots à l'anglais. Notre but est non seulement de caractériser, dans une partie théorique du mémoire, la terminologie et le jargon informatiques, mais aussi de créer un petit dictionnaire russetchèque des expressions principales, liées à l'ordinateur et à l'internet. C'est un résultat du fait que l'auteur n'a pas trouvé de dictionnaire où il se trouvraient les termes en russe, ses équivalents de jargon et les traductions des termes russes en tchèque, alors il a décidé de faire un dictionnaire lui- même. Computer criminality

Diploma thesis characterises the most important kinds of computer crime, economically evaluates incurred harms, presents factual examples and a prognosis of the possible way of developement of this kind of crime in the future. Thesis includes legislation regarding the computer crime and possible ways of defending against it. In the end, in the form of a questionary, the thesis monitors the knowledge of students of the Faculty of management in Jindřichův Hradec about the field of computer crime and interprets these results using graphs.

Resumé The Internet and copyright - the scope of liability of individual parties and modes of protection against piracy. The main purpose of my graduation thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation in copyright law, with an emphasis on the general liability of the Internet Service Providers and other respective subjects in the information society. An inseparable part of this thesis is an overview of international treaties, European law and national law. The final part highlights new trends in copyright piracy with the provisions for combating these. From my perspective there are two reasons why this topic attracted my attention. Firstly, I could hardly hide my personal interest as a person who is a computer specialist by profession. Secondly, copyright law is a subject of perpetual and significant change, inspiring new ideas and new approaches. The work is divided into five chapters, which are divided into various subchapters. An introduction to the topic is broadly provided in the first and second chapter which describes this new medium of the Internet from several angles. These points of view often go far beyond copyright law, describing the axioms of constitutional law and the principles of humanism and human rights. New Approaches in Numerical Aeroelasticity Applied in Aerodynamic Optimization of Elastic Wing

Aeroelasticita je nezbytná vědní disciplína zahrnuta do návrhu letounů. Zaměřuje se na předpovídání jevů, které vznikají vlivem interakce aerodynamických, elastických a setrvačných sil. Tyto jevy často vedou ke katastrofickým následkům, proto musí být prokázáno, že nevzniknou v rozsahu rychlostí ohraničujících letovou obálku. Aplikace moderních materiálů při konstrukci draku, spolu se snahou navrhnout aerodynamicky efektivní tvar křídel, vede ke zvyšování poddajnosti letounů. To má za následek změnu aerodynamických vlastností a také k výraznějšímu vliv na aeroelastické jevy, které mohou být vyvolány snadněji vlivem pohybů tuhého tělesa než v případě tužších konstrukcí. Aeroelastické jevy mohou vznikat v širokém rozsahu rychlostí zahrnujícím i transsonickou oblast. V této oblasti je ovlivněna zejména rychlost, při níž dochází k třepetání, a to vlivem nelineárních jevů v proudu. Běžné nástroje, které jsou založeny na lineárních teoriích, nejsou schopny tyto nelineární jevy popsat. Cílem práce je proto navrhnout, implementovat a otestovat nástroj pro výpočetní (numerickou) simulaci aeroelasticity. Nástroj má využívat řešič proudového pole, který je schopen předpovědět nelineární jevy. V práci je kladen důraz na simulaci statické aeroelasticity. V práci jsou popsány metody, které je nutno zahrnout do numerické simulace statické aeroelasticity. Dále je popsán vlastní nástroj a je provedeno zhodnocení konvergence statických aeroelastických výpočtů. Funkčnost nástroje byla ověřena na příkladech, kdy byly použity různé aerodynamické a strukturální modely. Nástroj byl také aplikován při aerodynamické tvarové optimalizaci poddajného křídla. Výsledky optimalizace a její výpočetní náročnost byly porovnány s případem optimalizace tuhého křídla. Na závěr je v práci prezentován příspěvek autora do výzkumu zaměřeného na zhodnocení vlivu časové synchronizace mezi CFD a CSM řešiči. Použitý testovací případ je transsonické obtékání křídla na začátku třepetání (flutteru). Výsledky byly srovnány s experimentálními daty poskytnutými NASA.

Potential of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins and low density lipoprotein for increasing the efficiency of cryopreservation of epididymal sperms in stallions

In the case of sudden death or injury stallion reproductive system or necessary castration preventing the collection of semen can to preserve the genetic potential of exceptional individuals take advantage of epididymal sperm. Virtually the only way, how to preserve fertilizing sperm POTENTIAL for long time IS cryopreservation. However, this process induces irreversible changes that are the cause of the reduced number of sperm capable of fertilization after thawing. Epididymal sperm cells have properties different from the ejaculated, harder to keep. Therefore, they are constantly looking for ways to streamline their cryopreservation.
GENERAL most commonly used cryoprotectants include glycerol and Egg yolk. Despite the positive effects is glycerol toxic to cells and Egg yolk also contains ingredients that act on sperm metabolism negatively. Increasing the efficiency of cryopreservation protocols themselves likely to be achieved by replacing toxic components while leveraging industry-produced active yolk fractions.
Submitted dissertation topic itself will deal with the use of cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrins Along with low density lipoproteins, the cryopreservation of epididymal sperm.
Main method: HPLC, Western blot, electrophoresis, fluorescent labels, computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA).

Abstract Target of this thesis is to define pre-school education program "Step by step" and highligt its for and against. Further, to define realization conditiones and to describe daily schedule and education practices of this alternative training program. Theoretical part descibes resources, pedagogical principles, targets, education forms and especially organization forms and conditiones for successful realization. Practical part checks current status of representation and acceptance of this alternative training program at czech pre-school system. Essential part of thesis is a videorecord "One day at pre-school with Step by step".
