The bachelor thesis deals with the use of statistical methods, time series and regressive analysis, as the effective tool for evaluation of characteristics and efficiency of the company and its outer surroundings, mainly macroeconomic. The goal will be to analyze the data by this means, to compare them and to make the conclusions. From the knowledge of historical data and forecasting preconditions for the future, the company will gain clearer image about strategy and its direction.

The intention of this thesis is to create a cost accounting system for the company ABC, s. r. o., which is mainly engaged in the reconstruction and construction of sports fields. The calculations will clearly show all costs associated with the implementation of projects and will help the company to better manage their business. A complete analysis will be performed of sales, costs and profits. A significant portion of the thesis will be proposals which can be used to improve the functioning of the company.

This master's thesis is focused on problem of orders of ingredients in McDonald's. It's an analysis of usage changes depending on outside temperature. Thesis includes theoretical background for correct analysis of the problem and possibilities to figuring it out. There is also an algorithmus for more efficient solution of problem with needs or excess of ingredients. There is also a program written in VBA language, that makes more simple usage of this algorithm on restaurants.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aplikace fundamentálních princip Fuzzy logiky na předvídání vybraných zákazníků pro kampaně přímého marketingu se zahrnutím fuzzy metody. Fuzzy model je navržený pro výběr zákazníků, kteří by měli být cíleni prodej předplatného schématu. Kritéria výběru jsou formulovány na bázi klientova zůstatku, věku a ročního přijmu. Postup fuzzy logiky je použit na zaměření specifických zákazníků pro předplatné produktu.

The first part deals with the problems of the theory of financial analysis, its objectives, methods and formulas, which are the basis for processing the second part of the thesis. The practical part includes a financial analysis of the selected company and its evaluation. In the last section provides suggestions to improve the situation of the company based on financial analysis.

The practical part analyzes the current state of inventory management in the company is also interested in the process of procuring, storing supplies and distribute them to individual branches. The aim of this analysis is to identify weaknesses and fix them with the best solutions that will lead to improvements in inventory management company.

The thesis discusses the business plan, opening a new restaurant in Wallachia. It will deal primarily with traditional Wallachian cuisine and tradition. It also developed a survey regarding our restaurant. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of the proposal and the issue of the proposed solution. The second part addresses the issues of the proposed solution. It also includes internal and external analysis of the professional environment. It is part of a business plan and financial forecast of revenues and expenses. This prediction is processed in three possible development scenarios.

The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical part of the thesis aims to define and explain various logistical concepts and terms . Second part describes and analysis the company’s current situation. This part also includes an analysis of a specific business process management. The final part then proposes possible solutions of the problems detected in the analysis, which would lead to business process improvement and more satisfied customers.
