The cost structure of the company with regard to specifics in agriculture

The aim of this work is to evaluate the meaning of the monitoring, classification and record-keeping of the costs in a company with the respect for the particularities in agriculture. In the addition to these ones there´s also the aim to consider the possibilities of the analysis of costs in the attitude of the results of the management in a company.In a theoretical part of the work the accent is put on the indicators of rentability and application of selected methods in a agricultural company that´s called STAGRA plc. In a practical part the selected, already mentioned agricultural company is characteristic. We characterise its costs, profits, economic profit and subsidies to the company during 5 years. Furtherrmore the analysis of the costs is made. It´s made with the assistance of the selected formula. In the addition of this analysis of the costs indicators of rentability are also calculated. Subsequently it´s evaluated. For the good arrangement the whole analysis we used pyramidal decomposition of the rentability of the common equity from 2011 and 2012.

This diploma thesis will create and evaluate strategy of Lázně Aurora (A Limited Liability Company). Based on the analysis of external and internal environment, some synthesis of findings will be performed consequently, which will lead into creation of proposed strategy. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to generate the best possible strategy for the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate financial health of manufacturing company Epiag lofida -- Porcelán CZ s.r.o. in a period of years 2006 -- 2011. Thesis is devided into three parts: theoretical, practical and conclusion. In theoretical part, there is described methodology of calculations used in analysis - horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, indicators of profitability, liquidity, leverage, activity, bankrupt and financial standing models. The practical part consists of the application which is analyzed in the theoretical part of the thesis from different points of view. In conclusion of this thesis I evaluate results found in the practical part.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial health of the company LONZA BIOTEC s.r.o. This firm produces substances for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry by using biotechnology. The firm is a member of the global concern LONZA. There are used generally accepted methods of financial analysis, for example the elementary analysis of financial statements, analysis of profitability, liquidity, economic value added EVA and future predictions. A part of the bachelor thesis is a comparison between the analysed firm and the biotechnological sector.

Big banking and financial groups - selected questions

The thesis deals with comparison of the banking markets of Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Lithuania in size and rentability of their banks with distribution on banks with domestic owners and the banks in foreign banking group. There is also the comparative analysis in selected indicators of these two units. To the comparison is used the financial analysis. First part of thesis is dealed to the methodics of selection countries, banks, reports, indicators etc. In second part is analysed banking market of each country and the types of banks are compared together on the basis of several indicators. Third part deals with total comparison of two banking units over all countries.

Comparison of the companies MIPEXA s.r.o. and ČKD Nové Energo a.s. from the perspective of financial analysis based on available data

The aim of the present thesis is to compare the companies MIPEXA s.r.o. and ČKD Nové Energo a.s. from the perspective of financial analysis based on available data from 2006 to 2009. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the first part, I describe financial analysis, namely its development, purpose, process, calculation of individual indicators and their informative values. In the practical part, based on calculated indicators, I attempt to compare and evaluate the development of the companies MIPEXA s.r.o. and ČKD Nové Energo a.s. and their reactions to external events. Both companies conduct business in the same field and have their headquarters in the Czech Republic; they differ in size and their financial possibilities.
