Management processes in selected micro business
VAJGEL, Pavel
Process management is one of the most frequently mentioned management at this time. This work is responding to this "fashionable" direction and getting process management little bit closer into the reach of the smallest companies, for which the tender process could be through a series of problems. The thesis describes micro-enterprise, such as managed. Often, these companies managed only vaguely and subconsciously. There are missing any strategies and plans in a wider time horizon. It is an accurate description of Ekotherma CZ s.r.o. The company is not headed in a certain direction its director did not provide any strategy or goals. Nobody knows anything about corporate mission. The procedure is very intuitive, mainly focused on the performance of work that is most needed. ?There is no time for other work?, says the director. So I think that writing thesis on the topic about process management in the micro companies can be a very interesting material for the majority of the directors in such small organizations. Bachelor thesis deals with the gradual implementation of process management to the micro business, where is not other management style. The proposed changes should serve as a guide for beginning to use the process management in the organization. In my work I also mention common mistakes in the formulation of certain aspects of process management.
