The content of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyze the project, using techniques and methods of project management. This project, a reconstruction of high-voltage (HV) network, is being executed by ELEKTROTRANS a.s. company. Thesis contains the time, resource, cost and risk analysis. The diploma thesis deals with the management issues, specifically the proposal of the company Ferrokont, s.r.o. and their productive and warehouse areas with using methods and technique of project management. The theoretical part describes elementary knowledge, techniques and methods of project management applying in practical part of the thesis. In introductory part of thesis is performed analysis of current condition of the company with the help of the study opportunities and than created draft of project containing time, resource, cost analysis and followed with risk analysis of the project. Benefits of the project are described in the end of the diploma thesis. Part of the diploma thesis is to create project of Microsoft Project.

In this diploma thesis is processed proposition of project implentation ETL process to company, which is parsed to many parts. These parts are divided by project analysis.Diploma thesis contains processing of time analysis, risk analysis, cost analysis and source analysis. Before I processed analyzes above, I had been created study of opportunities. This study consist of 7S analysis, SWOT analysis, SLEPTE analysis and Potrer’s model of competitive forces. This proposal of project implantation of ETL process to company was mainly processed by Microsoft Project software and supplementary by Microsoft Excel software.

The diploma thesis deals with the project management issues, specifically the proposal plan for the project of selected company's reallocation. The theoretical part describes elementary knowledge and tools of a project management which are used in following chapters. Analysis of current state is completed via study of opportunities in one of the chapters of practical part of the thesis. And time analysis, resource analysis, cost analysis and also risk analysis is described in chapter that follows. Benefits of the project and thesis as such are mentioned at the end of the thesis.

Project is created in environment of implementation projects designed by software company CÍGLER SOFTWARE a.s. located in Bratislava. This thesis could be used as a suggestion of appropriate steps for managing future implementing projects in mentioned company.

This master’s thesis describes life cycle phases management of the project Implementation of the project culture in the MoroSystems company from the perspective of a project manager. The thesis comprehensively describes the project from its inception, through planning, implementation up to handover of the outcomes to the customer, completion and evaluation. The thesis contains attachments which document meetings with the customer and project management artifacts created at different stages of the project.
