Catering habits of schoolchildren junior school

This bachelor thesis called Catering habits of schoolchildren junior school is focused on making of eating habits of primary school pupils. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzed current view of nutrition and quality of food and their role in making of eating habits. It describes basic ingredients of nutrition, the importance of immunology and healthy life style. It is also focused on hazardous food, such as allergenic food, additives and dyes in food. The practical part of the thesis is based on the research of eating habits of pupils in their schools and families. During the time of one week pupils and their parents recorded eating habits in prepared questionnaires. By means of these results the differences in eating habits were found out.
Organic Food and its Position on the Czech Market

The thesis defines a concept of organic food and a closer look is given to an organic agriculture - a place of origin for organic food. The second part discusses benefits of organic food for consumers and looks for consumer purchase motives. Third and fourth part is devoted to rules of labeling and opportunities for improvement in this area. Other consumer brands and a current state on organic food market are presented here as well. Variety of products offered and availability of organic food at the particular points of sale are analyzed in the final part.

This work treats of main extraneous substances ingestion by nutriment. It means additives and contaminants. Present of this substance in food is regulated by legislation. In Czech Republic, there are, laws of food in accordance with laws of EU. In Czech Republic, there are, additives and contaminants controlled by SZPI and SVS. European control institution is EFSA and throughout the world works FAO/WHO. Chief aim of this work is to find out differences in foreknowledge of the main substances ingestion by nutriment between men and women.

Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou kvality biopotravin ve srovnání s konvenčními potravinami. Kvalita je posuzována z hlediska zdravotní nezávadnosti v podobě možného ohrožení ze strany potravinových aditiv. Ty jsou posuzovány jako významné kritérium jakosti. Také hodnotí kvalitu pomocí znaků jako jsou trvanlivost, organoleptická vhodnost a výživová hodnota. Zároveň je v práci zpracován spotřebitelský dotazník, týkající se místa, sortimentu, spokojenosti zákazníků a frekvence nákupu biopotravin.
