On the elections to the European Parliament
Kunštát, Daniel
On the elections to the European Parliament In April 2009, 46 % of Czech citizens expressed willingness to participate in the election to the European Parliament. On the other hand, 40 % of Czech voters did not want to vote. The remaining 14 % were still undecided. Those polled who expressed willingness to participate in the elections were then asked the following open question (without a list of parties being used): ‘What political grouping or party are you going to vote for in the elections to European Parliament?’ The answers indicate that most votes would be given to the Czech Social Democratic Party (CSSD, 28 %) and the Civil Democratic Party (ODS, 26 %), followed by the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (KSCM, 13 %), the Christian and Democratic Union (KDU-CSL, 6 %) and the Green Party (SZ, 5,5 %).

The Relationship between Medieval Bohemians and Veleti Tribes in the Years 805 - 1035
Tomášek, Jan ; Žemlička, Josef (advisor) ; Doležalová, Eva (referee)
This thesis deals with the analysis of the relationship of early medieval Bohemians and Slavic tribes of Polabian Slavs. It concentrates on the interaction of Bohemians with Vetelti tribes in the years 805 - 1035, the Serbian and Obodrite tribes are metioned only briefly. Alliance and probably a military pact between Bohemians and Veleti was active particulary in the encounters with the Caroligian and later Oton empire. Therefore, the thesis focuses on the campaign of the Empire to Bohemia and Polabian area and on the basis of the reaction of both subject analyses possible causes of mutual alliance. During the analysed period, the structure of the pact between Bohemians and Veleti was changing, mainly due to the development of international conditiond in middle Europe. Therefore, this thesis describes basic elemements of the development of the situation in middle Europe in analysed period of time. It also wants to introduce latest results of research of the foreign policy of the early medieval Bohemia, on the basis of contemporary sources to determine possible establishment, development and end of the pact between Bohemians and Veleti and to describe in detail this scarcely analysed problem.

Feelings of Users Low-Threshold Facilities for Children and Youth in the Phase First Contact.
HOUDKOVÁ, Soňa
When initiating the first contact, the biggest factor on the applicant is the impression of the one who is under review, so is the side of the applicant as the reviewer. When in the pursuit of trying to understand them, these factors fall into a process of making the first impression, on the other side we also invent intuitive theory, which could influence the way that applicants get their information. These theories also influence the behaviour from which you can influence the quality of relation between the employee and the applicant. The first contact is about social knowing and perceiving, which means processing the gained information. That?s why each service should have clear given schedule in how to process the initial contact regarding obtaining information, so we don?t overwhelm the applicant straight away. In my bachelor?s degree essay I try to question the process of the initiative contact applicants make. In the beginning of the practical part it is necessary to describe assigned aim of the work and mentioned researched question. The aim is to find out, how the process of the initial contact influences the applicants. I choose better strategy in my research to find out the given assigned question and to accomplish the point and technique of half structured dialogues completed in nonparticipation observations. The main aim group was represented by children in the initiative contact, regardless on the number of visits. To be specific, there were nine children. The age group from twelve to thirteen years of age was based on long term observation from the initial study. The study was made throughout February ? march 2013. We can deduct from the results of the study that the applicants interested in this service experience the initial contact in very different ways. The next visits in the scope of the initial contact is experienced by all applicants with calm and positive emotions a that?s mainly thanks to the approach and used methods of the social workers. The basic method, which is used by the workers, is mainly a human contact. All questioned agreed that natural, friendly and helpful attitude of the workers works well. This attitude is mainly connected with informal friendliness of the workers and by joining together in free time activities. The research simultaneously shows that high influence on using the initial contact and entry to the facility. Firstly the outer one isn?t very pleasant for the clients, to which I dedicate thewhole observation chapter in the theory part. The reasons given for the aimed group who enters for the first time, is caused mainly by it being dingyand dark. On the contrary, they like atmosphere of the clubs, which are well lit and decorated. In the end to summarize the accomplishments I would like to mention the fact (on which most informants agreed on) that the ideal case would be, if they could come to a new environment and facility accompanied by their nearby, e.g. a friend or colleague. I assume from all the obtained information, that each low-threshold facility for children and youth should have set schedule and plan for the initial contact to improve the quality of the social facilities. This schedule should show what the applicants will be told in the upcoming meeting. This method should be used, not only by the workers but also by the interns and volunteers. It would also be suitable to remove all the barriers, which are causing negative feelings and emotions when entering the facility. It would be assumed that this essay could serve as a resource for information not only for public use but also for specialist in social services field who work with children and youth. As the first initial contact is made in each social service and it is necessary to acclimatize theapproach of the social workers, so all the applicants would feel welcome and wanted in the given facility.

Utopian Elements of Christiania: Search for an Ideal Society
Medová, Lenka ; Zandlová, Markéta (advisor) ; Heřmanský, Martin (referee)
Presented diploma thesis is based on seven-months fieldwork in the Danish commune of Christiania. It sustains a heritage of utopian ideas of a contraculture of the 60s on which it has been created. The thesis examines which aspects of utopia are presented here and asks about the character of these utopian visions. It focuses on the question how the dream, that locals wanted to implement, is still presented in their minds, and how they perceive its realization. I used examples of street art, that is plentifully presented here, as a mediator of ideological background of this community. Its symbolism allowed me to approach values, ideas and world-views of people who already have been living in this area for almost forty years. I used the principles of visual anthropology to reveal meanings contained in visual manifestations in a public space. My research is focused only on people who moved to Christiania in 70s that means those who were present here in the times of forming this community, and who were a part of revolting atmosphere of the 60s and of its ideals. Methods used during my fieldwork are a nonparticipant observation, informal, semi-structural and photographic interviews

Liturgical Year and Education of Christian Education at Kindergartens
ČAPKOVÁ, Hana
This work is focused on children at preschool age from these points of view: biology, psychology, sociology and pedagogy with the consideration to the evolution of child´s personality at kindergarten. The work results from the General Educational Program for Preschool Education at kindergartens which wants to extend and deepen single topics about the spiritual factors of the child. In practical part there are proposals of topics for the work with preschool children for three-year period. These topics relate to single periods of liturgical and calendar year. In the form of game the children are approaching to single periods during the school year by the help of symbols which are typical for each period.

FOSTER CARE GIVEN BY GRANDPARENTS
VALIHRACHOVÁ, Monika
Foster Care Given by Grandparents Abstract Substitute family care is a form of child care where a child is brought up by foster parents in an environment that is the most similar to living in a natural family. The most frequent forms of substitute family care in the Czech Republic are adoption and foster care. Only 2 % of these children are {\clqq}absolute`` orphans, the remaining 98 % are social orphans. These children have their own families, but the families either can´t or don´t want to take care of them. This thesis is concentrates on the foster care provided by grandparents. This type of foster care has its own specificities, which are introduced in this thesis. Data chosen for this thesis was obtained by qualitative research with the utilization of halfstructured, in-depth interviews. The results are case studies of five women, aged 20 {--} 30, who are or were fostered by grandparents. Statistics from the Vysočina region and the Region of South Bohemia are complementary information. This concrete data was obtained from municipal offices of municipal corporations of the Vysočina region and from the office of substitute family care of the regional authority of the Jihočeský region in České Budějovice. The aim of this bachelor thesis was the appreciation of specific characteristics of foster care provided by grandparents in choice families and the evalutation of the amount of children placed in foster care and tutelage (wardship) in the Jihočeský and Vysočina region per year 2007. Characteristics of foster care provided by grandparents were described. The number of children placed in foster care and tutelage in the South Bohemian and Vysočina region was only partially evaluated. This thesis has used qualitative research; it is not possible to generalize these results. The results of this thesis might be useful for all who are concerned with substitute family care. Special contributions have been made especially from these case studies, which describe the inception, process, positives, negatives and impact of foster care provided by grandparents and from the perspective of children (women), since research in this topic is quite rare.

Tarot and Therapy
Brečka, Tibor ; Procházková, Jana (referee) ; Vágnerová, Marie (advisor)
The Tarot is very old system of symbols and iťs very difficult to find it is origin. Nowadays exist more than nine hundreds of different Tarot sets with different topics. It depends on personal a choice which one we want to work with. But the origin of Tarot is not our subject of interest. Our aim was to find out how to work with Tarot in the psychotherapeutic process (not how to predict the future or something like this).

Large Saddle Coil Design
Bělohrad, David
The saddle coil is used in MRI/MRS (magnetoresonance imagging/scanning) applications in the position of gradient coils or RF probes. Gradient coils produce a linearly growing magnetic field along one axis and a homogenous magnetic field in the remaining ones, which gives us something like a coordinate system used for evaluating the measured data. RF Saddle coils should have a constant magnetic field in its entire area and serve as both the transmitter and the receiver for experiments. Those coils are tuned to the specified frequencies and obtain spectral ranges we want to process. The major emphasis is put on the good matching of the coil to the system instead on achieving a good homogenity of the magnetic field. Also a high Q factor of the coil is preferred. The methods of the RF Saddle coil design are based on thr inductance calculation and evaluation of the incident resonant frequency. In this article a method of Saddle coil design for large objects is described, resonant frequency calculations are proposed and in the conclusion the two coils are compared.

In this thesis I tried to show difficulties of shooting in foreign country, specifically Ukraine. I was judging women status in society. This thesis should serve as a guide for everyone who want to go to the Eastern Europe and don?t know what to expect or just want to broaden their knowledge by personal experience. I also tried to create a few advices for female directors ? how to act in society ruled by men and how to react in new environment.
