ZÁV R Cílem této diplomové práce, bylo pojednat o významné sou ásti civilního ízení, o dokazování a to zejména na d kazní prost edky používané v civilním ízení k prokázání skute ností, jež jsou p edm tem dokazování a bez nichž by nebylo možno objasnit skutkový stav v ci. Hned v úvodu práce, v její první kapitole je zmín n obecný princip práva na soudní ochranu, jež tvo í jeden ze základnách princip demokratického právního ádu. Kvalifikovaná ochrana subjektivních práv a právem chrán ných zájm je poskytována pouze v rámci civilního procesu. Práce se zam ovala zejména na d kazní prost edky v civilním procesu. Podle mého názoru, úprava prost edk obsažených v platném zn ní ob anského soudního ádu, je dosta ující, alevšak do budoucna by bylo vhodné novelizací vt lit do ob anského soudního ádu nové prost edky. Vývojem moderních technologií se bude ím dál více t chto prost edk využívat, zejména zprávy v elektronické podob i d kazy po ízené fotoaparátem v mobilním telefonu, budou ím dál ast jší. V sou asnosti je zp sob provedení takového d kazu ponecháno na úvaze soudu, ale do budoucna by mohla úprava zp sobu provád ní t chto, doposud zákonem neupravených d kazních prost edk ,...

The consumer protection is a very actual topic in the european policy. It is necessary for the right function of the internal market. The document mentions the development of the consumer protection policy - the past and the future strategy. The valid legislation is listed and also mentioned is the Proposal for a Directive on Consumer Rights. It gives an overview of european consumer organisations and their function . There are also mentioned some alternatives of the consumer's redress. Document introduces consumer rights.

The air transportation and consumer rights

The thesis is focused on dynamically developing field of the air transportation. It is based on rights and duties of airlines and consumers. It is mapping the most important current law moves of Czech Republic which has been changed and agreed for a consumer protection. It describes consumer rights in the case of a flight delay and cancellation, refusal of entry on the plane and in the case of baggage problems. It also touches the issues of advertised price of plane tickets. It is followed by the analysis of current situation of the observance of consumer rights and their point of view on some controversial topics.

Health and Social Protection of Students of the Faculty of the University of South Bohemia in the Czech Budejovice from Sexually Transmitted Diseases

The study deals with ways to protect students of the Faculty of Health and Social University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice against sexually transmitted diseases. The group consisted of students of the Faculty of Health and Social University of South Bohemia . The aim of this work consists in monitoring students' knowledge of Health and Social Faculty of sexually transmitted diseases and mapping the extent of health students from the Faculty of Health and Social sexually transmitted diseases. The theoretical part describes the evolution of human sexual behavior. It describes the characteristics of the different stages of development issues and pitfalls of each of these periods. The practical part monitors the students' knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases, while also monitoring their sexual behavior and surveyed coverage of girls against cervical cancer . As a tool of data collection method was used questioning, which was carried out using a questionnaire. Quota for the research was to study the JU Faculty, students , elected to field ZSF JU and the form of study. The whole research was preceded by partial study , which was supposed to verify all stages of research tools and data collection, sample survey and analysis.

Data security of the fire department of the South Bohemian region

The thesis is focused on work with the data and information for the Fire and Rescue Service of South Bohemia Region, and its goal is to determine whether the data and information faced by members and employees of Fire and Rescue Service in their work are treated in accordance with applicable legislation, and whether they are adequately secured and protected against misuse and loss. Based on the organizational structure of qualitative research are mapped in detail the security and protection of data on individual departments and workplaces. These information compile risk areas for different types of data and due to this is prepared the risk map for these areas. Due to the findings the specific measures are designed to mitigate the risks for certain fields of work with data and information. The first part explains the basic concepts and definitions of words data, information and knowledge. The next section discusses the historical context of the mapped datastorage and handling of data in paper and electronic form, including the development of information systemsand technologies. Further are described the possible threats by varius effects on these data. Another chapter focuseson describing the current state ofwork with data and description oftechnologies used to it at the Fire and Rescue Service. Afterwards is elaborated an organizational structure focused on work with data. In following part the risk map is prepared for each area and proposesseveral solutions and particular measures to reducethe greatest of the resultingrisks. The benefit of this work is the implementation of several specific solutions to eliminate and reduce the threat of risks when working with dataat Fire and Rescue Service of South Bohemia Region, and several otherproposal measures and stepsfor additional security and data protection.

Součástí práce je i popis aktuálně zajímavých projektů a otestování některých elektronických služeb, které veřejná sféra nabízí.

Search and evaluation of scientific journals in the field of information systems

This work is devoted to a search of scientific journals for the Department of Information Technologies Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the University of Economics in Pra-gue. Using three established methods I seek out and evaluate scientific journals, which concern the same issues as the Department of Information Technologies. Using the first method, the Method of Chipping, I look for the most important and most successful magazines in the field. The other two methods, then seek out magazines that are best suited for publication. The Method of Growing Pearls seeks out magazines on the publication history of the department and using The Search for Keywords, I seek out the magazines with the most common issues as the departure. For search I use electronic information resources of Univesrty of Economics: bibliographic database Scopus, Web of Science and in particular its part Citaton Journal Reports. To ana-lyze the topics dealt with at the Department of Information Technology and similarly using database of publication activity of the University of Economics. Thanks to this work the Department of Information Technology can have a broader view of the world's scientific journals and obtain suitable material for the selection of the magazine in which they can publish.

Francophone fulltext information resources in the field of medicine aavailable on the world wide web

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate francophone fulltext information resources in the field of medicine available on the World Wide Web either for free or paid. Origin of these resources is restricted to regions of France, Belgium, Canada and Switzerland. In general introduction the thesis specifies the medicine and talks about its history. Then the information in medicine is described as well as its publishers and agents and its typology focused on electronic form of publishing on the internet. Separate chapter is dedicated to problem of evaluation of medical information resources reliability on the internet. The core of this work is made up by the analyse and evaluation of particular types of the fulltext information resources and their representatives from the medical field which make French fulltexts available. These resources are portal, digital archive, digital library, database accessing fulltexts, electronic system of thesis and electronic journals. Particular types of resources are described in general at first, then their specific representatives are stood up by their reliability, manner of its sorting, accessibility and possibilities of content dissemination. Conclusions of this work summarize and evaluate all findings.

The Quality of Life of Homosexually Oriented Men and Women.

Quality of Life of Men and Women with Homosexual Orientation The Bachelor{\crq}s work is concentrated on detection and evaluation of life quality of individuals with homosexual orientation. Most sociological researches reflect transformation of public opinion directed against persons with homosexual orientation. There is a question if positive transformation of opinion and behaviour happens on the level of individuals in particular situations. At present the most discussed topic is the question concerning the registered partnership and possible committing of children to the care of persons with the same sexual orientation. The Registered Partnership Law became valid on 1st July 2006. The work consists of two main parts, mainly the theoretical and the experimental one. The theoretical part is based on the secondary data analysis using special treatises and electronic sources. The experimental part is based on the own research. The collection of data was realized among representatives of a majority community and individuals with homosexual orientation. The necessary information was obtained by means of anonymous questionnaires. The research of individuals with homosexual orientation was made in a close cooperation with the association {\clqq}Jihočeská lambda`` to which about 50 questionnaires have been sent. The majority community was also given 50 questionnaires by means of direct distribution. In total data of thirty-two persons with homosexual orientation and forty-four persons from the majority community have been obtained and subsequently processed. The results of this project are going to be used for education and also published in special magazines.
