Continuous education of coaches on the consulting market

The theoretical part of the thesis writes about definition and coaching concept, distinguishing coaching from the other consulting methods and approaches that influenced the coaching and on which coaching is based on. More detailed part is dedicated to the personality of the coach, his key competencies and introduction of professional organizations. The end of the theoretical part is focused on the educational system for coaches in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis summarizes the results of the research, which was focused on the education and training of coaches and surveys about their attitudes towards self-development,membership in professional organizations and individual certifications. The results, according to the character of the data received, were processed using the descriptive statistics. The results are presented in graphical and verbal form. This section presents the results of a quantitative survey. The research showed that the majority of respondents continue to undergo certified trainings, further develops themselves in different areas and usually is not a holder of a professional certification or a member of a professional organization. Another outcome is, that the quality of professional coaches in the Czech Republic is very diverse.
The importance of communication for manager's work

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the importance of communication for a manager's work. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part introduces a manager surroundings, describes abilities, skills and characteristics of manager and focuses on communication of manager. Furthermore introduces the term coaching and staff growth. Based on detections of the research is elaborated a second part, which includes its own research. The practical part contains research in the form of structured interviews with managers at different levels of management. Subsequently, the detected information from managers is evaluated and compared.

Characterizes the team leadership through finding common sense and defining values based on Golden circle. Describes current trends in the labor market, which meet both companies and also people. There is the research survey by understanding interview in the empirical part supplemented by current research on this topic. The aim is to theoretically define the topic, perform empirical research, analyze and propose solutions.

ABSTRACT Kratochvílová, V. Bc. "Coaching as a way of keeping people in a selected company". Diploma thesis. Brno, 2015. The diploma thesis is focused on using coaching as a method of (management style) in the chosen company. The aim is to determine how often and in what form is used coaching as a participatory method of management in selected company. The first part in the form of a literature review deals with the definition of management styles, their characteristics, defining governance levels represented by management and currently represents the main aspects of coaching. It defines basic concepts connected with this issue, defines coaching to other management styles, describes the role of coach or manager in the role of coach, types of coaching and typical situations when it is appropriate to use coaching. The practical part is developed mixed design research, which is focused on the use of management styles by managers and subordinates in the company. Selected methods for data analysis was a questionnaire survey and interviews, whose results are interpreted, discussed and correspond to the selected research questions. This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.

The aim of this work is to determine the possibilities of coaching in construction engineering and what is its contribution to the construction companies. The theoretical part deals with definitions of basic concepts and theories associated with the specified topic. Empirical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey. The interviews controll the volidity of the hypothesis. Conclusion focus on the evaluation of empirical part and recommendations for construction companies.

The Bachelor`s thesis deals with coaching as a manager´s development method. Its aim is to discover the potential of coaching in construction industry and highlight its benefit for organisation in this segment. The theoretical part explains the technical terms and deals with theories of human communication and managing skills development. The empirical part uses survey research and controlled interview for the testing of the postulated hypothesis. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the empirical part on the base of which the recommendations for the construction industry companies is formed.
