Compare prices for ornamental plants found cost and simplified way with different characteristic type of vegetation
Hůlová, Martina ; Pertl, Marek (referee) ; Lorencová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare prices of ornamental plants founded by simplified and cost method of valuation. Comparison was made on a sample of garden situated in the functional unit with a terraced house and the land built over by this building. Based on the obtained results the influence of different location and age of the trees on their price is evaluated. The thesis also defines basic terms and explains issues which are closely related with valuation of ornamental plants.
Comparison of Fruit Trees Prices Ascertained by the Simplified and Yield Method
Jašová, Alena ; Lorencová, Marie (referee) ; Pertl, Marek (advisor)
The Thesis „Comparison of fruit trees prices ascertained by the simplified and yield method“ deals with the comparison of both pricing methods, where there are defined factors on the basis of ascertained facts which have essential influence on price difference of fruit trees and subsequently the proposal to their modification is made.
Systems for remote measurement in power engineering
Hudec, Lukáš ; Mlýnek, Petr (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the measurement and management in power. Provides an introduction to the problems of remote meter reading, management, and describes the current situation in the field of modern technologies Smart metering and Smart grids. It also analyzed the issue of collection of networks and data collection from a large number of meters over a wide area. For the purpose of data transmission are described GPRS, PLC, DSL, ... Further, there are given options to streamline communication. This area is used hierarchical aggregation. Using k-means algorithm is a program designed to calculate the number of concentrators and their location in the group of meters. The finished program is written in Java. It has a graphical interface and shows how the calculation is conducted. To verify the results of the optimization program is given simulation model in OPNET Modeler tool. Audited results are described in the conclusion and can deduce that using the optimization program is to streamline communications.
TRANSFORMATION OF BRONX IN BRNO
Najvarová, Lucie ; Karasová, Miroslava (referee) ; Havliš, Karel (advisor)
The strategy reacts to social exclusion of inhabitants of the Cejl district. It supports employment and intends to build a dynamic public space, that is missing in the area. Social urbanism focuses on the interaction of inhabitants between each other and with the spaces, and creates conditions for new workplaces. The massive broken block gets the order. The park defines a system for future development and opens up new possibilities of usage. Thanks to its low cost construction, the park can work immediately. The order created by the park allows the future objects to emerge freely and spontaneously. The design is not definitive, but it works in every phase or combination.
Trees Have the Power
Mikušková, Nina ; Fajnor, Richard (referee) ; Kovářová, Marta (advisor)
The project "Trees Have The Power" is being developed since 2013 and revolves around the strength of interpersonal connections experienced throughout our lives. It points out the reality, that we all create our own micro-cosmos around us, shaped and expanded by every new person we meet. First phase of the project involved exhibition of a tree within a gallery, which served as a metaphor of an ever expanding organism. For the second phase an online social platform was developed, to map out and connect my personal contacts. The third outcome offers space to present the "tree". By involving people from my own personal tree of connections, we are creating lectures, interactive events, concerts, film screenings, and discussions focused on multiple aspects of life. The aim is both to test the skills and initiative of a specific community as a driving force in sharing and accumulating knowledge and experience; and at the same time to demonstrate the magnitude of impact of such activity. This unorthodox framework of encounter offers opportunity to generate new perspectives within the community, and enrich the audience.
Searching algorithms
Ďuriš, Martin ; Šeda, Miloš (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis describes and analyzes selected searching algorithms for single dimensional array. Algorithms are analyzed mathematically and graphically. Mathematical analysis is based on analysis of average amount of performed comparisons required for the final result and literature review. Graphical analysis is based on multiple examinations of selected searching methods with randomly generated single dimensional arrays. The graphs show dependency of elapsed searching time of successful and unsuccessful searching trial on the size of single dimensional array. The results establish the binary searching algorithm as the fastest one of the selected searching algorithms.
Graph theory and its applications
Huclová, Alena ; Karásek, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
It is often necessary to be oriented in the complicated relations between parts of a unit. This problem can be solved by the graphs’ theory very well. Graph G is an ordered pair (V,E) where V is a non-empty set of vertices (our parts of the unit) and E is a set of two-element subsets of the set V called arcs (i.e. relations between parts of the unit). G= (V,E) The graph aplication is frequently hidden. It is not found in the solution of the problem, but could be used to express and substantiate it quite easily. In my work I will deal with optimization problems of a graph. Problem of the maximum network flow that we solve using directed graph can be an example. As for non-directed graphs, we will be interested in the search of a minimum frame of a graph.
Survey in the Locality of " Strom - north " Brno, Soběšice
Olšovský, Vít ; Vondrák, Jiří (referee) ; Fišer, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a tacheometry measurement and general-purpose map of the locality Strom - sever in Soběšice district. The first part is dedicated to surveying work such as preparatory work, punctual field and measurement of planimetry and elevation. In the second part of the thesis are evaluated all the measured data and the actual general-purpose map with contour lines is modelled in the scale of 1:500.
Analýza stability kořenového systému intaktních a uměle poškozených stromů za využití přístrojových metod šetření
Šponarová, Klára
This thesis focuses on the root system stability analysis and it deals with the dynamic stress caused by wind. The subject of focus is testing intact and artificially damaged trees with the help of accelerometers which might be used in the field of arboriculture to evaluate the tree resilience to being blown down. Thesis analyses this method by administering the test and evaluating the resulting data. This thesis also proposes different options for using the new information while contemplating the problem of tree resilience to dynamic stress.
Pakr Hôrka vo Veľkom Krtíši. Diplomní projekt dotvoření vybraných urbánních prostorů
Vargová, Žofia
SUMMARY This Master's thesis deals with design to the completion of selected urban area specifically at the Hôrka Park in Veľký Krtíš. It is the study of an urban park creation made by various successive steps - from finding and processing a literature review on similar issues, through the analytical part of the territory, to the final design solution. The objective of the design is to create a quality public space, which becomes the green background of the city and to create the conditions for more efficient use according to current social demands. It is a city park for all that combines natural character with the modern. It will provide attractivity with flexibility including mobility and movement in space through the usage of terrain, vegetation cover and the sight structures. In summary, the study design solution converts Hôrka Park to the city park which fits into the structure of the city. It will also make the city more attractive and it will increase its quality and a recreational potential as well.
