The diploma thesis focuses on the product analysis of the company Pfanner, spol. s r.o. The practical part of the thesis handles with individual components of the product and compares firm and brand-name Pfanner with his nearest competitor and his products, the company Rauch Rankweil. Afterwards, thesis analyses the situation on the market of juices, nectars and sparkling beverages. The final assessment is focused on the competitors' performance on the market and their evaluation of sales value in the specific types of outlets.

In my essay I examine range of goods of Eta company. This company is dealt with development and production of electric appliances. The work engaged in different ways of view on this topic. At first in theoretic way and after I apply it to profession. After evaluation of assortment of Eta, follow location of total product, evaluation role of products in assortment and his position, exhibition of life cyclus of product of two chosen products. Saleability of distribution channel. In short way I mention competition analysis and finaly there is an interview wiht expert on sale of Eta's products.
Analysis of the range of car insurance

The work consist of two main parts. First of all I created a theoretical bassis for the issue of car insurance, then I focus on marketing in the insurance industry and examine its specifics, which I apply to Allianz insurance company because I analyse its product in the practical part of this work. I introduce Allianz on the market at the beginning of the practical part. I also examine factors, which influence the choice of insurer and insurance product. I compare the previous and the new product of Allianz and specify the most important differences in comparison with the competition. The work should provide the reader comprehensible look at car insurance in the Czech Republic. This work is focused on the area of car insurance from the perspective of marketing and focuses primarily on individual insurance.

Bachelor thesis analyzes the product portfolio strategy of Heineken Czech republic, joint-stock company, by using the theoretical basis and applying this knowledge in a practical part. By analysing the individual series author identifies products that need further support or exclude from the assortment. The work explains the assortment dependence on restructuring and financial crisis. The thesis focuses on the partial section of assortment -- Easter products.

Fish, mainly freshwater fish, the type of goods that should be recommended in terms of healthy living. Fish will have good market prospects in future. Therefore, mastering processing methods and their subsequent applications, of course, are very important to the demand for fish. With development of methods of fish processing is an increasing emphasis on the application market of fish products while the product mix of fish and fish products in the Czech Republic is relatively narrow. The aim of my work is to examine how business strategy assesses the complexity of linkages in the range of product offers and by the selected products determine the parameters of texture.

Hodnotí silné stránky a slabiny sortimentu a navrhuje možnosti k odstranění těchto slabin. Práce dále ukazuje na nové možnosti a příležitosti pro sortiment společnosti a na to, jak je může společnost využít. Práce se věnuje také tzv. privátním značkám, které jsou významnou součástí analyzovaného sortimentu a u nichž lze očekávat v oblasti střední Evropy v budoucnu další rozvoj.
