Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V první části jsem nejprve vytvořila teoretický základ k problematice autopojištění, poté se zaměřuji na marketing v pojišťovnictví a jeho specifika, která aplikuji na Allianz pojišťovnu, jejíž produkt v praktické části analyzuji. Ve druhé části představuji Allianz pojišťovnu na trhu, zkoumám faktory, které ovlivňují výběr pojišťovny a pojistného produktu, porovnávám původní a nový produkt Allianz pojišťovny a uvádím nejdůležitější rozdíly oproti konkurenci. Práce by měla čtenáři poskytnout srozumitelný pohled na autopojištění v České republice. Tato práce je orientována na oblast autopojištění z pohledu marketingu a je zaměřena primárně na individuální pojištění vozidel. The work consist of two main parts. First of all I created a theoretical bassis for the issue of car insurance, then I focus on marketing in the insurance industry and examine its specifics, which I apply to Allianz insurance company because I analyse its product in the practical part of this work. I introduce Allianz on the market at the beginning of the practical part. I also examine factors, which influence the choice of insurer and insurance product. I compare the previous and the new product of Allianz and specify the most important differences in comparison with the competition. The work should provide the reader comprehensible look at car insurance in the Czech Republic. This work is focused on the area of car insurance from the perspective of marketing and focuses primarily on individual insurance.
