The thesis is focused on the fulfilling of community plan of social services in Olomouc. The theoretical section provides basic background of social policy, there are characterized social services with emphasis on services for children and seniors, and are given the legal documents that affect the provision of social services. In the practical part are compared the targets for selected groups with their implementation. If problems were found, there were proposed activities, actions and processes which should help at effective implementation of community social services plan.

This thesis considers an evaluating the fulfilling a Social Services Community Plan in the town Pribram. First described the basic starting point of community planning. After that follows mapping the current status of community planning in the town Pribram by the scheduled activities. The fulfilling of Social services community plan in the town Pribram is first evaluated for each priority area and in the end as a whole. The thesis also contains proposals to improve the situation.

The task summarises general terms, describes bonuses and risks of planning with the public involved. It explains what community planning is. The task also describes the procedure of community planning formation process, the creation of a community plan and the realization of individual activities including their supervision. The practical part focuses on community planning in Borovany and describes the process of planning there, evaluates it and draws conclusions.

Proces komunitního plánování a jeho výsledky v Milevsku

Předmětem této práce je poměrně nový způsob realizace různých projektů na úrovni obcí a krajů. Jedná se o komunitní plánování, jehož základem je zapojení samotných občanů do obecního plánování. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda byl opravdu komunitní plán realizován na základě požadavků občanů, zda došlo po realizaci ke zlepšení služeb a jak moc jsou zastupitelé Města Milevska i samotní občané regionu s výsledky spokojeni. Cílem ve finanční oblasti je zhodnotit, zda realizace ovlivnila rozpočet města i do budoucnosti.

Senioři a současnost - demografický a sociálněekonomický pohled

Práce se věnuje postavení seniorů v současné české společnosti. Základem jsou demografické analýzy. Ty jsou doplněny sociálněekonomickými charakteristikami, např. ekonomickou aktivitou, nejvyšším dosaženým vzděláním a rodinným stavem seniorů. Další část se věnuje nové zákonné úpravě, která např. zavádí nové sociální služby a mění systém jejich financování. Případová srovnávací studie se zaměřuje na postavení seniorů a dostupnost sociálních služeb v Jihočeském a Olomouckém kraji.
