Opportunity and feasibility study

The theme of this master´s thesis is a feasibility analysis of planned construction of an enviromentally friendly hotel in the Czech context on the example of Yves Rocher company. The reason for choosing this topic is my interest in the enviromental pro-tection and an effort to point out the advantages of implementing the principles of enviromentally aware into the company´s own strategy. The thesis focuses on the interests of potential clientele and the level of viability of the future accommodation facility with the goal of verifying whether there is realistically a chance of profitability of a project involving the construction of an enviromentally friendly hotel in the Czech enviroment. A complete analysis is carried out during the pre-stage to determine the above mentioned aspects and it´s main focus is an opportunity study and feasibility study. Public opinion data was gathered using a survey among 160 independent respondents. SLEPT analysis was used for a detailed analysis of the external environment of the enviromentally friendly hotel. It´s technical functionality allows detailed characterization of each segment including the impacts that any action in those given segments can have. These impacts can be a key indicator for establishing the required market stability. The SWOT analysis was used for the final summary of the gathered results. This summary was then implemented in the Logical Framework approach with the goal of final recapitulation of the project´s design.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is the implementation of the strategic analysis of Rodinný pivovar Bernard a. s. The thesis is divided into four parts: introduction, theory, practice and conclusion. The theoretical section deals with definition of key words like mission, vision, strategy and strategic management. It also explains the methods of the strategic analysis which are applied in the following practical section. The practical section of the thesis consists of internal and external environment analysis. The external environment analysis addresses identification of the market, competitors and other external influences. The analysis of the internal environment includes exploring and evaluation of the company's resources and its competences. All findings are summarized at the end of the thesis in a SWOT analysis. Concrete recommendations for the future are presented based on the SWOT analysis.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the internal and external environment of the company Pekárkův mlýn and the subsequent setting marketing objectives of the company. The theoretical part defines and analyzes the various steps by which the marketing plans. The practical part describes the chosen company, its goals and mission, carried out an analysis of internal and external environment, which were mentioned in the theoretical part.

The issues related to the topic of thesis are summarized in a theoretical part which is based on study of professional literature. In a practical part the company is introduced and the external environment of the company is analysed by using PESTE analysis and Porter's five forces model and the opportunities and threats that affect the company are described. Afterwards the internal environment of the company is analysed by using the internal resources and the strengths and weaknesses of the company are described. The SWOT analysis is performed after completion of external and internal environment analysis. It combines the opportunities and threats with strengths and weaknesses of the company and the proposals for company's further development are submitted on its base.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the current situation and proposal of appropriate strategy for the music Klub Kostka. The thesis is divided to theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part, which is based on relevant literature, submits findings, which are used for execution of the practical part. The practical part includes strategic analysis of external and internal environment, which has been made by chosen methods. The goal of these methods is to determine the opportunities, threats and strengths and weaknesses of the company. Actual market position of the music club was evaluated by IE matrix and SPACE matrix. Afterward, SWOT matrix, from which some suggestions of possible strategies are made, was created. The result of all analysis is the proposal of appropriate strategy, whose aim is increase of profit and assurance of longterm corporate competitiveness.

Bachelor thesis is focused on proposing strategies for the agricultural society AG-ROSEV spol. s r.o. The strategies are formulated based on Ansoff matrix product - market. Proposals for strategies are based on environment analysis, which are made by using PESTEL method, Porter's model of five drivers, McKinsey 7S model and BCG matrix. At the conclusion of this thesis is the most convenient strategy economically evaluated and given recommendations for its implementation.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to propose appropriate strategies for the company operating in the hospitality industry. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is built on professional literature. The practical part is based on an analysis of external and internal environment and identifies opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The external environment is characterized using PEST analysis and Porter's diamond. The internal environ-ment is characterized by 7S model, financial analysis and marketing research. The result of this thesis is the definition of appropriate strategies that lead to the improvement of the present economic situation in the company. It concerns specifically the following strategies: visibility of the company, building bowling alleys, setting up free WIFI connection and attracting new customers.

An analysis of external and internal environment was performed to get appropriate strategy evaluation. This was completed by an analysis of Stakeholders. The PESTE and the Porter's five forces analyses were used to assess factors of external environment. Factors of internal environment were as-sessed by situation and financial analysis. Previous analyses identified an opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The final strategy was designed using the SWOT analysis.
