Steel structure of a hall

This bachelor thesis deals with design steel structure of industrial one-aisle hall with span of 30 m, length 63 m and height of the holder of a crane track girder 9,3 m. The hall is designed with two overhead cranes with load 50 t and 32 t. Structure is designed from steel S420. Roof structure is designed in two versions. These versions are compared by weight and better version is processed in detail. Drawings contain platforms of both versions, two cross sections and manufacturing drawings of truss.

In the hall there is an overhead crane with load capacity of 20 tons. The main structural material is steel S 355. It is processed several versions and one is processed in details. Drawings contain the platform and section of the hall and manufacturing drawings of the truss.
Two-aisle hall

The aim of the thesis is the design of the supporting steel structure two-aisle hall in the town Austerlitz. Plan dimensions of the building are 72 x 54 m main body is cross-link a span of 24 and 30 m and height of the top of the aisle 8.60 and 8.75 m, which is clamped to the base structure. Binding is composed of trusses and columns. Trusses are hinged on columns. The spatial rigidity of the structure is ensured by cross braces. Roof cladding and walls will be made using sandwich panels.

This bachelor thesis deals with construction-technological phase of supporting skeleton structural system's realization of the transfer station at waste dump Uhy. It contains operating procedure, equipment of the construction site, time schedule, machinery, control and testing plan, work safety, calculation and alternative proposal for prefabricated part from reinforced concrete. The alternative proposal solves sizing of the reinforced concrete element, calculation and machinery.

The roofing of a railway station

The goal of this thesis is structural design of railway station lobby steel roofing. The construction dimensions are 63,0 m x 300,0 m with height adapted for railway vehicles traffic according to ČSN 73 6320 technical standard. The two-bay hall cross coupling consists of lattice trusses mounted on restrained columns. Axial spacing between individual bonds is 4,0 m. In the longitudinal direction the stability of articulated columns is secured by truss bracing placed in the roof and walls.

This bachelor´s thesis "two-bay industrial hall" is processed in the form of project documentation according to applicable regulations. It is a steel hall. It is designed as a single-storey, two-bay with a gable roof. The hall is located in Brno. Main structure consists of planar cross coupling, which is stored on restraint articulated columns. The construction is designed 9 cross ties and spacing of individual bonds is 6.0 m in the extreme lateral links are hinged mounted columns with stored axial length 6.0 m, which are secured lattice bracing longitudinal forces from the effects of wind. All columns are stored on concrete footings. In the longitudinal direction of the object is reinforced by transverse glue press in the plane of the roof and walls. Lateral bracing is located in the outer fields of the structure. Purlins and side runner are statically designed as simple beams, stored in the longitudinal direction of the transverse links and columns.
