Proposal of Part of Information System for Selected Subject

This thesis deals with the analysis, proposal and implementation of part of the information system for a selected subject, specifically the proposal of a website including a web application for content management of selected parts of the website. For a successful proposal solution it is very important the first analysis together with requirements of the contracting authority. The graphic design phase occurs after analysis and is followed by the development of the website and the application for content management. After testing and agreement of the proposal solution from the contracting authority the website and application are implemented to the server site. In the final part of the thesis an economic evaluation and benefit’s analysis of the proposal solution are done.

Order Processing Management in the Company Focusing on Business Activity

The diploma thesis deals with order processing management in selected company focusing on business activity and development. The first part introduces the company and its product portfolio. The second part contains the theoretical background necessary to understand the issue. The third part focuses on analyzing the current state of the company and identifying ineffective processes within the sales department. The fourth part contains specific proposals to remove the current shortcomings and the last part summarizes the conditions and benefits of their implementation.

Management of Selected Processes in Microenterprise

The work is focused on the use of process management in small enterprise. The aim of this work is to describe the process management in the selected microenterprise. The work is focused on a description of the selected processes in the microenterprise and an assessment of the level of the utilization of processes. The bachelor's thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters where I am trying to bring basic knowledge of processes and process management. The processes are divided into main and supporting processes. Learnt knowledge are applied right into operation of the selected microenterprise. The practical part is focused on a description of the selected processes in the microenterprise and an assessment of the level of the utilization of processes. Described processes are the main process production and sales, supporting process supply and operational planning and sales promotion. In conclusion of my work I propose possible changes, which constitute an improvement of process management.

Controlling of selected business processes

The aim of this work is to determine the appropriate logistical and financial indicators for controlling the implementation of selected processes. Selected processes were the purchase and the storage. To fulfill the goal, it was necessary to analyse the current status of selected processes, determine the method of evaluation of these processes and the indicators used. In the conclusion is the evaluation and proposals for new indicators.

Optimization of Select Administrative Processes

This thesis deals with the optimization of administrative processes. The first part describes the theoretical part, which describes the fundamental issues of process, process map and process improvement, there was used mainly reference literature. The second part presents the selected company XY, s.r.o. and further elaborated practical part. Here is a created by processes map, described various processes, described selected administrative processes and their optimization. These processes were choosed with help of company employees. Criterias were frequency, time and costs. Optimization is also the aim of this thesis. The aim was successfully fulfilled with the help of company employees, improved processes could lead to a better situation in the company, due to time and cost savings.

Proposal for Change in the Company Process

This thesis deals with problems of process management in a field of savings identification with the goal of an analysis of a chosen process and creation of a proposal for current status improvement from a point of effectivity. It describes process management, process modeling and improvement and project management. Further it presents a current status of the process, project logic frame, net analyzis and risk identification. Finally it shows a map of future proces with an identification of weak points and suggestions for improvement for an organization to improve state of the field of savings identification.

Study of the Business Development Management in the Business Organization

This thesis is focused on optimizing processes at Air Bank, a.s. The aim will be to analyze the banking process called. "Completing the new framework agreement" with the subsequent design optimization for faster problem solving. The first part will be presented theoretical insights that are intended to familiarize the reader with the basic concepts relating to the processes and their optimization. The next part will be focused on analysis of existing activities. Contribution of thesis will be in the analysis of selected processes and propose solutions that will have a real benefit for the operation of the entire department.
