Tato práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci procesů ve společnosti Air Bank, a.s. Cílem bude zanalyzovat bankovní proces tzv. „Kompletace nové rámcové smlouvy“ s následným návrhem optimalizace pro rychlejší řešení úkolů. V první části budou představeny teoretické poznatky, které mají za úkol seznámit čtenáře se základními pojmy, které se týkají procesů a jejich optimalizace. V další části bude provedena samotná analýza stávajících činností. Přínos práce bude v samotné analýze vybraných procesů a také navržení řešení, které bude mít reálný přínos pro chod celého oddělení. This thesis is focused on optimizing processes at Air Bank, a.s. The aim will be to analyze the banking process called. "Completing the new framework agreement" with the subsequent design optimization for faster problem solving. The first part will be presented theoretical insights that are intended to familiarize the reader with the basic concepts relating to the processes and their optimization. The next part will be focused on analysis of existing activities. Contribution of thesis will be in the analysis of selected processes and propose solutions that will have a real benefit for the operation of the entire department.
