Remuneration of employees in the organization

The aim of the thesis is a theoretical definition of the concept of pay system, payroll system structure and employee benefits. Than, it's analysis and evaluation of the functionality of this system in selected company, which is Hochtief, which deals with the construction. This system is described and compared with the market. The analytical part deals with three mainpoints, namely the wage system of organization and benefit system. The second point is questioning in the company concerning remuneration and the third point is the comparison of the market in terms of wage relations, unemployment and building production. The company has an average wage level, and has a well-structured and composed wage, provides a wide variety of benefits, in the eyes of employees is taken as valued employer and in comparison with the competition is above the average
Human resources management - The Reward System in the Selected Organization

The thesis is entitled "The Reward System in the Selected Organization." This work is focused on managing human resources, the use and promotion of motivational methods and tools in the compensation and evaluation systems in the Czech Savings Bank Corp., U Cerne Veze 1, Ceske Budejovice. The objective of this work lies in the analysis of the reward system and incentive factors and their practical applications within the Czech Savings Bank Corporation and the development of ideas for change (modification) in individual components of the reward system. Based on the survey related to the compensation system and motivation of staff in the Czech Savings Bank, proposals were made for the change of compensation, recognition and evaluation systems, which are part of this work.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and remuneration employees. The theoretical part neatly summarizes the philosophies, trends and practices in evaluating and remuneration employees and in sub-conclusions it expresses the position of the author of this bachelor thesis to them. The content of the practical - the analytical part of this work is the analysis of the current state of the remuneration employees in the company Suchanek & Walraven Ltd. and the main goal of this thesis - the functional methodological design for developing the new system of remuneration employees, reflecting the conditions of the company, and its expressed needs for the future.
Motivation and remuneration of human resources in selected company

The purpose of this thesis with the title "Analysis of motivation and remuneration system of employees" was the analysis of current situation in the selected company O.T.E.C. CR s.r.o. The analysis concentrated on the motivation and the remuneration for the human resources. In case of need changes of HR system were suggested. For the method of survey I chose the investigating method of asking the employees to get the complete picture. On the basis of the results from the question blanks a new, more effective system of personal fees and motivation was suggested. Suggestions for the improvement of the motivation of the employees in the company are: Improving the format and regularity of the information´s transfer to employees. Regular evaluations of the employees (not only the company results) in a suitable form. Revaluation of the existing remuneration system and using more of the variable part of wage. Revision the system of non-financial benefits and extension its actual supply.
Earnings system of manufacturing company

This essay treats of wages and setting of a salary structure in a manufacturing company. First part contains a theoretical concept which explains basic notions and attitudes used for a creation of a salary structure. Practical part introduces the concrete manufacturing company. Next the current salary structure is characterised and analysed. Proposed recommendations for an eventual change of salary structure results from findings during the practical part.
The employee´s motivational system in the company Česká pošta

The object of this Bachelor Thesis is evalution of the employee{\crq}s motivational system in the company Česká pošta, s.p. (Czech Post, State Company). On the basis of the found data to evaluate this system and appropriately to make a proposal for its improvement. In the literary part of the Thesis are recapitulated questions acquired by study of the professional literature in the field of motivation. In the introduction of the following practical part is described a Common Company profile, in the main part is mentioned analysis of the motivational system in the post station Tachov. In the conclusion part is evaluated the questionary enclosed in the Thesis. Data is compared with actual state of the motivational system.
