Avalanche transceivers
Koňařík, Libor ; Tejkal, Vladimír (referee) ; Míča, Ivan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on several ways of communication among people involved in alavanche accident. Different ways of communication are compared. Diploma is focused on verification of features and parameters of avalanche transceivers. Basic introduction in the field of usage of these devices is included. Practical measurement in high-altitude winter mountain terrain and measurement in laboratory verify parameters provided by producers of avalanche transceivers. Different models of avalanche transceivers will be compared. Behaviour of devices will be modeled on computer. Based on simulation results and other findings wiring of receiving and transmitting par of avalanche transceiver will be designed.
Automatic antenna analyser
Dufek, Ivo ; Šebesta, Jan (referee) ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (advisor)
This project is dealing with methods of measuring impedances of the antenna systems in the frequency range from the low frequencies to the very high frequencies. There is a discussion about different methods of measuring impedance and each technique is critically evaluated. In terms of this project is compared few types of the professional antenna analyzers. According to this comparison there was made the concept of my own antenna analyzer. There is a detailed description of the design of this device’s important parts including software equipment. Designed instrument has been built and tested.
Prototype realization for RFID system demonstration
Pernica, Josef ; Šimek, Milan (referee) ; Pfeifer, Václav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deal with design and realization of demonstration board for RFID system. In the begining is described theory of this system. Next part is about theory of solutions and used components. Next is about practical realization demoboard and control program in C language.
VHF-band antenna and low-noise amplifier
Bauer, Tomáš ; Šebesta, Jiří (referee) ; Kasal, Miroslav (advisor)
The contents of this thesis is a realization of a low noise amplifier for the band from 137MHz to 138MHz and a antenna for the recieving of the signal from NOAA satellites. The proper function of the low niose amplifier is verified by Ansoft Desinger simulation and the proper function of the antenna is verified by HFSS simulation. Both devices are realizated like prototypes and their parametres are measured.
Minimizing the effect of interference on wireless network
Doležal, Jan ; Kyselák, Martin (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
This thesis is concerned the technology with technologies of transfer through wireless devices. It is about possibilities of optimization of transfer in wireless net, especially of the reduction of interference influence. The first part is about theory and the standards development of wireless technology. There are methods and principles used in wireless technologies. The second part is a practical measuring and testing of an internal wireless net, with the emphasis being on the source of interference influence. Measuring was focused on interference between access points and was not about meteorological influence. It continues with theory and testing of interference of the microwave oven in our wireless net. Then, it is a practical demonstration of interference in an external environment. There are practical examples of interference between different providers’ nets on the same area and solutions to prevent or to cancel this interference. In next part of work the wireless net is parsed and described in a given territory. Here is described the way how to precede the reciprocal interference and eventually how this mutual disturbance suppress. Consequently, our net is optimized for customer growth and for today’s options of newer and more powerful components for wireless transfer. Finally there are two laboratory tasks. The first one is about practical measuring and testing of wireless net’s parameters and the second one is about simulation of wireless networks in the Opnet program.
Magnetic loop antenna with automatic tuner
Horníček, Ladislav ; Šebesta, Jiří (referee) ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (advisor)
This project is focused on the magnetic loop antenna with automatic tuner in band short waves. This antenna is only the magnetic part of the electromagnetic radio wave used. At the beginning work are lumped most important characteristics these antennas and discuss individual parts antennas. Next part is proposal antennas with presentation progress and relations needed to their proposal. Emphasis is placed on a proposal tuning capacitor. Last part discuss possibilities automatic antennas tuning by the help of microprocessor.
Computing directivity patterns in Comsol Multiphysics
Ryšánek, Martin ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (referee) ; Raida, Zbyněk (advisor)
The individual project – Computing directivity patterns in Comsol Multiphysics. In the first part, the theoretical background for monopole antennas is reviewed. The second part is focused on the analysis of several types of monopoles in COMSOL Multiphysics, and on the calculation of their radiation patterns and impedances. Finally, simulation results are presented and discussed.
Folding mechanism for mobile satellite antenna
Buchta, Tomáš ; Koutecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and construction of a manipulating mechanism for a satellite antenna, mainly for use on vehicles that will be able to work even in adverse weather conditions. The design and manufacturing of the device should provide sufficient positioning accuracy and toughness of the structure. Since this is a prototype therefore the design solutions should be chosen with regard to simplicity of production.
Measurement of radio networks, depending on the profile of landscape
PEČINKA, Miroslav
This thesis describes a brief history of radio and electromagnetic waves from a physical point of view. It focuses mainly on radio waves in the VHF and subsequent construction of a radio network in this band. It uses the knowledge of the writer of this wavelength. This thesis is intended as a guide for fellow author.
Measurement of coaxial cables and antennas
ZEMAN, Zdeněk
The work deals with measurement of coaxial cables and antennas. The introduction contains a theoretical description of the physical principle, in the next section there is a description of the device and the conclusion is accompained by a description of the process of measuring and evaluating the results of measuring the output with the development of protocols.
