Efficiency analysis of green buildings operations

The main topic of my bachelor’s work is comparison heating costs of a family double house with original wall fillings and after applying external insulation including additional saving measures. My work is taking in count a possibility of applying for financial grant organised by European Union. This grant is called Green for savings and it is a helping tool leading to energy savings and modernization of old buildings. Next part is focused on used materials in nowadays for building revitalization and reconstructions. These materials has to meet high standards and criteria in thermo-insulation combined with simple construction solution. Manufacturers in these days tend to raise the quality of their products to maximal possible level.

Evaluation of the Economy of Self-governing Territorial Units

The bachelor thesis deals with the economy of the village Rebešovice. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge about public administration in the Czech Republic, especially municipal governments, as well as the budgetary system, including the municipal budget and its income and expenditure. The second part introduces village Rebešovice, its history and service offer, and based of data obtained from the municipal assembly assesses its economy in the years 2011 - 2014. The third part deals with suggestions to improve the economic situation of the municipality, including investment appreciation of municipal financial reserves of village.

This thesis analyses its inner and outer enviroment, financial state and suggests a businesss plan to reach further development in effectivity and profitability.

In the second part the methods are applied and in the third part is suggested if the company should be realize or not.

Company Investment to Undervalued Stocks

The object of work is to determine the intrinsic value of a few selected stocks and then recommend a company investing in undervalued stocks. Mostly will be used fundamental stocks analysis focused on determining the intrinsic value of the stocks. This thesis also includes theoretical description of the methods of fundamental analysis, followed by a practical determination of the intrinsic value of the shares. Last part is comparation the intrinsic value with the current exchange rate and then assessment if is stock undervalued or not, folowed by recommendation to the management of company.
