Derrick crane

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed on construction design of derrick crane for capacity of 1 000 kg, lining length of 4 000 mm and lift height of 4 800 mm. The purpose is to make design of main carrier and function elements including selection of suitable hoist by given requirements. Strength calculation of selected parts was made according to current applicable standards ČSN 27 0103. In the annex of this thesis are also assembly and manufacturing drawings.

This Bachelor thesis is focused on tower cranes with a working range over 40 meters. These cranes are composed of specific sections. In the first part of the thesis a more detailed description of tower cranes is presented. Next topic, that is being discussed, is three structural types of tower cranes with upper turntable bodies that are being made nowadays. In the overview, present world producers of tower cranes are listed. Companies like Liebherr, Potain, Linden Comansa, Kroll and Raimondi are described in more detail. Lastly, different models of tower cranes from leading producers in selected parameters are being compared.
Wheel Loaders for Lifting Capacity from 700 to 2500 kg -Summary Critical Study

The thesis is focused on wheel loaders, it solves their construction and seeks for the best machine. To find the optimal machine the thesis contains tables with parameters of the machines, in which 218 models from 26 manufacturers are mentioned. Loaders are divided into four groups, in which they are compared using variable criteria and finally the selection of the best and worst machine is made.
Project of hydraulic arm

This thesis is elaborated design of the hydraulic arm. The target is for the composition of the important strength calculations and drawings hydraulic arm, whichis designed for mobile devices. Hydraulic arm allows shooting in a horizontal 360° vertical shooting between 90° and a maximum load arm 1000kg. In the work is also a schematic hydraulic circuit design.
Conceptual design of jib crane 600 kg

The thesis classifies tower cranes into groups according to main criteria including contemporary types of tower cranes from the world-known crane manufacturers. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comparison of different types of cranes with respect to key features typical for tower cranes in the particular groups, such as loading capacity, crane jib, load lifting, mobility etc.
Manipulator for air component

The bachelor's thesis has solved the design proposal of the mobile manipulator for the aero-aggregates.The goal is to design main carrier units. The design has been proposed by means of the project calculation and performing the check calculation. The manipulator is enabling manipulation with the aggregates up to the maximum height of 5 metres and maximum weight of 250 kg.
Design of the special device of boom version for wheel loader

This bachelor’s paper deals with proposal and fortification calculation of special device of boom version for wheel loader. Device is proposed for wheel loader CAT 906 H and is used for lifting and moving various subjects. According to outgoing parameters of loader, single parts of device are constructed. There were done fortification calculation of carrying parts of special device – boom, mortise, tying rods, hook holder. Added is also proposal of connecting element for boom of chosen loader and selection of suitable hook for holding the load. Part of the paper is also complete plan documentation of special device of boom wheel loader.
