Evaluations of the durability EIS probes installed in an earth dams

This thesis deals with the assesment of the durability of electrical impedance spectrometry method (EIS) probes installed in earth dam. The chosen earth dam is called Bezedník III and the main reason for choosing this particular dam was the longest period of monitoring this dam. The measuring was carried out by the Z-meter II device during the years 2006–2012 and Z-meter IV device in the year 2016. The recorded data are processed and assessed in this bachelor’s thesis.

FISH method and its use in protistology

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a technique that allows the localization and identification of specific sequences of nucleotides in DNA or RNA, which is subsequently visible under the microscope. FISH involves first denaturing the nucleic acids, either using high temperatures or by treatment with denaturing agents such as formamide.After subsequent induction of reasociation, the examined DNA or RNA pairs according to the complementarity rules with the short molecule called the probe, this process is called hybridization. Hybridization occurs in situ, that is within the examined specimen. Probes can be labeled either directly using fluorophores, or indirectly with a hapten, which is a substance having antigenic properties, which is subsequently detected using labeled antibodies or streptavidine. FISH has a large number of applications in molecular biology and medical science. In laboratory research in protistolgii FISH can be used for example to map the chromosomal genes to study the evolution of genome, analysis of nuclear organization or to confirmation of the origin of DNA sequence. Imagines in your Mind: iconographic and iconologic aspects of some themes of contemporary visual culture

The final work of the Bachelor degree titled Living in us deals with iconographic and iconological aspects of certain themes of contemporary visual culture. It focuses on Advertising which maps from the point of view of development and its facilities whilst ignoring the effects on the recipient. Terrain research endeavours to reach this via its eventual analysis. The work attempts to answer via questionnaire the question whether the adversing which we are surrounded by is linked to preconceptions of christian culture. The educational file of work is represented by an accompanying installation program of works by Adriena Simotova. The artistically applied theme rellies on the direct coherent phenomenon of 30 Advertising. The result is an advert on Christianity which I created in accordance with the results of the questionairre. These outlined ' today's person's' idea of paradise which became the motive for a completed advertising leaflet.

Verification technology BioSealing by EIS method

Diploma thesis is dealing with recognition of Biosealing technology using electrical impedance spektrometry method. BioSealing is an innovative method of soil body reconstruction, which uses stimulation of soil bacterial activity to seal the leakage. The method was developed in the Netherlands and it was used in conditions of the Czech Republic in years 2015 and 2016 on the Hornice water work. This earth dam was monitored by electrical impedance spectrometry by apparatus with device Z-meter IV in this period and the data are processed and assessed in this diploma thesis.

Diagnosis of reinforced concrete buildings with the system of elevated ceilings

This thesis is focused on the diagnostics of reinforced concrete frame structures with the used system of elevated ceilings. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of the methods of design and construction of these objects. The following chapter describes selected methods leading to determination of the material characteristics and to the specification of the constructional system. In its conclusion, the thesis deals with the appropriate design of implementation of the preliminary and detailed exploration of the structures with the used system of elevated ceilings.

Extraction of Available Information from SSH Protocol Headers

This paper analyzes issue regarding to extraction of available information from SSH protocol. To achieve this aim, knowledge about SSH protocol were used to implement plugin for FlowMon exporter. During the testing plugin was tested on real network and validated in terms of stability, efficiency and accuracy. The result plugin allows us to extract information from SSH protocol and futher analysis without decryption of traffic.

Design and Realization of Phantom for MRI

Paper studies the principles of MRI and composition of MR system. Main part of thesis focuses on design, mixing and measurement of solution for MR system phantom. Teoretical part of paper focuses on problematic of MRI and phantoms for MR system, including description of specific phantom, which is then realised. Paper contains methods for designing proposed kind of phantom and its followed measurement. Part of paper also focuses on mathematical models of elaboration of data aquired from measurements.

Diploma work dealed with vocabulary and its development in children aged 8 to 10. The research was doing as a language tests, language games and essays during the longer time period. The target of this work is found out if the vocabulary is more developed. We examinated also children from another ethnic groups and children with developmental disorders.

Probe for RFID cards tests at 13.56 MHz

This thesis deals with RFID technology and the tag design for RFID device testing on the frequency of 13, 56 MHz. Everything regarding testing of such devices is described in ISO 18047-3 Standard. The target of this thesis is to design and construct the impedance matching (probe) between a proof coil and SW radio USRP N200 and the principles of this probe design are explained.
