Problematika autonomie robotů založená na technologii Arduino
HÁJEK, Jan
This thesis discusses the problems of autonomous robots created by the development board Arduino Uno. It contains a theoretical analysis of possible approaches to autonomous robots. Itproposes a solution to the creation of an autonomous robotic device capable of navigation using GPS. The practical part provides the description of problems and testing associated with the construction of the robot.
Accelerometer driven robot
Ryšavý, Tomáš ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
The goal of this work is to propose new robot controlling system. This robot simulates handling activities within manufacturing process. Original controlling system shows some defects, selected components have technological and software limitation. Due to this will be current controlling system modernized. Chosen task has been solved replacing some components by modules using higher technology. This is related to applying new programming language and implementing new program source code. Emphasis has been put to connectivity with external environment as well. The most important change in controlling system configuration is using gyroscope and accelerometer modules. These modules provide significantly higher level for technological part and whole functionality. Proposed solution provides requisite base to apply practical realization of changes. This work contains detail list and description of all proposed modules. Only Arduino components are taken into consideration. This way will be covered 100% compatibility and controlling system will be open for future extension. Controlling system will have option for direct robot driving by external devices like computer or cell phone.
Applications development for Android
Kvasnička, Jaroslav ; Mego, Roman (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
The semester project for Android Application Development describes the tools, options and available resources for developing applications on the Android operating system. The work has several parts. The first part is devoted to the presentation of the Android system and available tools for application development. The next section is devoted to the development of sample applications, which explains the procedures for creating the application itself in different environments. The third part is devoted to design an experimental communications network for smart home controlled by a device running Android. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the application development and communication networks. Also it discusses the possible suggestions for its improvement and expansion.
Indication of the microplates position
Papajová, Gabriela ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with designing and constructing a device which can indicate position of the microplates. This includes hardware design, block chart and utility software. Next important section deals with software design of graphical user interfaces and how to control the microcontroller. The final product is a hardware tool that uses array of 96 two-color LED to indicate a position in the microplate. This work also contains a user guide for simple orientation in the program. This product will be operated at Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno.
Data logger
Albert, Matej ; Šandera, Josef (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelosr’s thesis is about designing and construction of data logger for laboratory purposes. The goal is to construct such a station with possibility to connect multiple wireless sensors, with ability to measure various data, like temperature, humidity or pressure. The wirelles sensor will be powered by battery. The station will be operated remotely, for example from personal computer.
Automatic greenhouse for growing plants
Paprsek, Adam ; Somer, Jakub (referee) ; Macháň, Ladislav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is study the problems of automatic control greenhouse for growing plants and design concept of electronics. It focuses on possibilities of compensation of direct sunlight using artificial light sources, which has different wavelengths for the growth and flowering. Another function is to control humidity in the soil by watering. If the maximum humidity or temperature is reached to required values inside the greenhouse the fan will be switch on automatically. If the temperature falls under required limit, the green house will be possible to heat to achieve optimal adjustable temperature. The concept is designed to safe operate not only for the crew of greenhouse but for the cultivated plants also.
Low-power wireless sensor node with ATMEGA328
Klvaňa, Jakub ; Pál, Tamás (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this semestral thesis is to design low-power wireless sensor node, which will be used to measure temperature, humidity and pressure. The first part deals with the central unit, which will collect and process the measured data. The second part is devoted to design for a wireless node that is formed by ATMega328 microcontroller, three sensors (temperature, pressure and humidity), baterry which is charged by photovoltaic cell and the wireless module. Conclusion is a brief summary of this work and outlines follow-up procedure in dealing with the bachelor’s thesis.
Wireless IP Camera With a Raspberry Pi
Sidor, Peter ; Botta, Miroslav (referee) ; Červenka, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with the developing of an additional module for Raspberry Pi and with optimization of the efficiency of powering the whole device. The thesis also deals with the acceleration of the Operating System which is used by the entire device. The first part of this work describes the principles of functioning of the sensors and DC/DC converters. The work focuses on the selection of proper components for this module. The Printed Circuit Boards of the selected DC/DC converters were created in the program Eagle for efficiency measuring. As for the next part, there was created a program for turning on and off the entire device. This part presents a description of the possibilities of accelerating the operating system for Raspberry Pi. The last part of the thesis focuses on design of the final operating system.
Datalogger
Štupák, Branislav ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the datalogger development for monitoring roof constructions ambients of historical buildings. The device is made of microcontroller ATmega328P and is using simple principles of environment monitoring. The device saves measured data to SD card from air temperature, air humidity, light intensity, wood moisture and air flow sensors. In conclusion of the thesis are then succesfully tested and summarized the properties of designed datalogger’s sensors.
Mobile robot control system
Kalina, Michal ; Veselý, Libor (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with building of two-wheeled mobile robot and consecutive creation of drivers and control for sensors, engines and controller design. The control is based on Arduino platform using ATmega328 processor. Firstly there is in this thesis recherche. Part of this thesis is modelling one where simulation model of our system is created, its linearization and then controller design. Further it contains description of the building robots body, description and functionallity of used engines, description of all sensors and detailed description of available printed circuit board. In the end there is software part where the engines control is described, operation of the sensors and functionallity of the controller. Result of this thesis is function application of controlling and operating of two-wheeled unstable mobile robot.
