The aim of the thesis is through the analysis of the external and internal envirinment draf strategies for the next progres of company. Of the proposed strategies are economical evaluated the most convenient strategies. Theoretical part is composed of technical literature which is dealing with the topic. In chaptur results are founded by the analysis opportunities, threats, strenghta and weaknesses. By the SWOT matrix are proposed strategies. Selected strategies are economical evaluated according to requirements and needs of the company.

Bachelor thesis deals with proposal for increasing competitiveness of company Pekařství a cukrářství Sázava, s.r.o. by implementing a new service. Based on the analysis of external and internal environment there were proposed strategies according to Ansoff. Diversification strategy was chosen as the most convenient strategy, which is represented as an introduction of sale vehicle with pastry. In order to verify interest in sale vehicle, questionnaire interview was made and consequently strategy analyzed with economic perspective was chosen. In conclusion there are proposed actions for minimization of problematic areas.

The theoretical part is intended on the communication policy, analysis of internal and external setting of the firm, its marketing mix and proposal of marketing strategy. In The practical part are worked up the analysis of the situation building’s market, analysis of communication policy firm’s Unistav and the proposal for change communication policy in the firm Unistav. The main subject of the thesis "Communication strategy of company" is analyzing the current state of the communication mix, based of the analysis result and marketing re-search to design a suitable communication mix. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical interpretation and definition of important marketing concepts, communication mix, marketing environment and marketing re-search. The second part introduces basic information about reconditioning a studio and analyses the external and internal environment and based on marketing research the suit-able segment is chosen. The last part of the thesis evaluates the current state of the communication mix and based on the results of the second part of the thesis a new communication mix of reconditioning studio Figuraline is proposed.

The thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the selected company. To analyze the external environment is used SLPETA analysis, Porter's 5 forces model and to analyze the internal environment the 7S. The results are summarized with a SWOT analysis and the conclusion of the work are given possible recommendations and proposals for sub-strategic objectives. All recommendations comply with the rules SMART and are in line with company strategy.

The aim of this master’s thesis is the suggestion of marketing strategy for Kilion Company. The first part of the thesis is description of theoretical resources. The second part is focused on analysis of the current situation of the company and the marketing environment. Based on these analysis and theoretical findings, I worked out a marketing strategy which contains a couple of proposals and measures to eliminate or correct the deficiencies.

In the first chapter we studied the theoretical aspects of the analysis of external and internal environment of the company. The second Section is devoted to analysis of the external and internal environment of the company Gazprom. In the third chapter, develop recommendations for improving the analysis of the external and internal environment management organization.
SWOT analysis of non profit organization

The aim of this thesis is to provide a SWOT analysis of the Via Foundation through which is detected potential opportunities and threats for the organization and its current strengths and weaknesses. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts, theoretical knowledge and the process itself concerning the creation of a SWOT analysis. The described methods are then used in the practical part on the example of the Via Foundation. To identify potential opportunities and threats from the external environment is used PEST analysis supported by time series analysis. For discovering potential of the organization in terms of strengths and weaknesses is used the evaluation of selected parameters of the organization as compared to the analogous organizations. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes important information obtained by this analysis and there are proposed recommendations for the organization.
