CVD graphene sensor of relative humidity measured in ambient and high vacuum conditions
Urbiš, Jakub ; Mach, Jindřich (referee) ; Bartošík, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of graphene as a gas sensor and the effect of gate voltage on sensor sensitivity change. The first part summarizes knowledge about graphene as a sensor of hydrogen, oxygen and water. The experimental part was devoted to measuring and comparing resistance variation in dependence on ambient humidity for pure graphene, graphene-modified by Ar+ ions and Ga-coated graphene. Another experiment dealt with the rate at which the resistance of graphene was stabilized after an application of gate voltage. The last part deals with the environmental chamber.
Measurements of selected parameters of the building services systems and indoor environment of buildings
Malach, Tomáš ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
In the first part, the bachelor thesis deals with indoor environment of buildings, solar irradiance and thermography. The measuring device for measuring the energy flows of the building, climatic data and microclimate variables are presented in this part. In the next part, I mention the principles for the measurement thermal imaging camera and I evaluate thermal images. I specify measurement of the hygrothermal microclimate, carbon dioxide concentration and climate data for power engineering. Analysis of measurement of the selected parameters is performed simultaneously and their graphical processing. In the last part, I apply measurement on the real objects, I analyzes the measured data (air temperature, relative humidity and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the room) and I perform their evaluation. At the end, I evaluate the outdoor air temperature and theirs effect for design heating and cooling systems.
Zhodnocení stávajícího stavu stavby kravína v Zubčicích z hlediska mikroklimatických a stavebně technických podmínek
STUDENÁ, Sandra
The thesis deals with the specific agricultural buildings for housing and breeding of dairy cows in terms of civil engineering and microclimatic conditions. The theoretical part describes the requirements for microclimate in stables, general and legislative requirements for indoor environmental quality, methods and tools for measuring microclimate, materials and construction of stable objects for cattle breeding. The second (practical) part of the thesis shows the research of selected buildings. This part examines the internal microclimate of the stables and technical condition of the buildings. It is based on the author's own investigation and measurement. The results are then presented in the form of charts and graphs. Finally the thesis evaluates and suggests steps to create the best possible microclimate conditions throughout the year, regardless of the season.
Investigation of portlandite carbonation using the in-situ X-ray diffraction analysis
Růžička, Lukáš ; Koplík, Jan (referee) ; Másilko, Jiří (advisor)
Thesis deals with carbonation of portlandite using in-situ X-ray diffraction analysis. The carbonation of portlandite progress in concrete structures and it is already quite widely discussed. It is responsible for corrosion and degradation of reinforced concrete elements, and thus its influence is perceived very negatively. The main goal of this work is to determine the ideal conditions for the progress of carbonation of portlandite. In this work the progress of carbonation depending on the relative humidity and temperature was observated. The amount of carbonated portlandite was evaluated by means of thermal analyzes (TG / DTA) and X-ray analysis.
The Effect of the Bypass Factor on Design and Geometry of the Evaporator for the Cooling Unit
Vytasil, Michal ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
Diploma thesis focuses on effect of the bypass factor on design and geometry of the evaporator for the cooling unit of data centre. Effect of the bypass factor on individual design parameters is solved in detail. All dependendecies are captured by using graphs in which s placed a cement on that parameter. In part C, mathematical and physical solutions are demonstrated calculations and processes leading to the design of the exchanger. In the end, evaluation of the calculations is done and there is also showed possible improvements for the practise.
Clay Surfaces in Selected Types of Spaces
Šmardová, Kateřina
The paper points out the use of earhen contructions and their surfaces in several particular types of interior spaces. In these types of spaces earth is not commonly used, especially in the Czech Republic, however the paper shows reasons, which make earth suitable material for these spaces. It presents already realized examples too and deals with their positives as well as their problems.
Energy valuation of systems of ventilation and air-conditioning
Píšová, Petra ; Suchánek,, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (referee) ; Kabele,, Karel (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
The main theme of dissertation theses is systems of ventilation and air-condition used in buildings. Work consists of analyse of this systems and parameters of indoor clime whose are affected by them. It summarizes demands on the process of calculation the energy efficiency of the building services by actual legislative. On one chosen type of building is done the energy simulation of implemented systems of ventilation and air-condition by energy efficiency and their specific need of energy.
Shielding Effect of Oxide Isolating Layer on Surface Potential Measured by Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy
Švarc, Vojtěch ; Pálesch, Erik (referee) ; Bartošík, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the experimental study of shielding effect of oxide isolating layer on surface potential measured by Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy. For the study of surface potential were created Au/SiO2 based nanostructures by Electron Beam Lithography, Atomic Layer Deposition and Multilayer Deposition. Surface potential was measured depending on the relative humidity and thickness of oxide isolating layer.
Dielectric absorption of varnish composites
Reňák, Ladislav ; Frk, Martin (referee) ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (advisor)
This work deals with issues of electro insulating varnishes and composite materiále within the frame of dielectric changes depending on a change of relative humidity where these varnishes are located. For this purpose had been created variety of a samples of electroinsulating varnish with different percentage of filling with mica. The general aim is acquire information about dielectric changes of examined electro insulating varnishes that are exposed to atmospheric influence.
Moisture sensor
Čermák, Jan ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor work consider with question of measurement of air humidity. Here are the basic theorem, wich have relation to air humidity, and detailed description of methods, wich are used in air humidity sensors. After come note about qestion of measurement humidity in soild substance. Next theme is calibration of sensors. In the last part is describle the structure of electrical network with unificated readout., wich is dependent on surrounding relative air humidity. Obiter work contain practical measurement of humidity in industry and qestions about it.
