Analysis of Benefits of selected Cultural Events

The bachelor thesis discusses a research of economic and other benefits of Festival of salt Golden path for entrepreneurs, inhabitants and the city Prachatice itself. The work is divided into two parts. The first part analyses the theory according to the issue, the second part is based on analysis of data collected by a survey. The purpose of the thesis is to determine how important is the influence of this event to entrepreneurs' economic situation, to inhabitants' sociocultural situation and to the marketing situation of the city Prachatice. At the end of the thesis there should be a recommendation for Prachatice based on my research

The issue of malware, its risks and impacts on society

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of malware, the problem is a viruses, worms, trojan horses and other computer "vermin". This is a topic that cannot be overlook and which, in today's society, that takes full advantage of internet capabilities, is important. At the beginning of the work is shown the evolution of malware from its beginning until today, together with the forecasted development for the future. There are also shown and described various known types of malware and segments that are most vulnerable malware. At the end of the first part of this work is told how to defend against malware, whether in the field of prevention, protection, or direct the removal of malware itself in case of "infected". In the second, already practically oriented part of the work is done comparing the selected products to protect against malware by me selected and defined criteria and their weights in order to select the best product. At the end of this part the survey is performed to determine what is the awareness about this issue among people. Then it is evaluated and its components will be further described and commented. The contribution of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the issue, describe appropriate protection against malware (along with selecting a suitable product) and determine the level of awareness of this issue among the people.

Application of multicriteria decision in a real decision

The aim of my thesis is focused on choosing best fitness center according to concrete offer in Prague. Using methods of multi-criteria decisions I will calculate the order according to important information. Specifically, I work with three methods, Electre III, WSA and Topsis. Theoretical description of these methods and their applications using the Sanna is included. The work is extended by survey - ten women were interviewed to find out how they stand with exercises. This survey was very useful mainly because of getting new weights and thus new order for all three methods. The last chapter is devoted to the case of improving studio "Dokonalé tělo" and its position. I communicated with its owner Ing. Jan Stehlík, he was very nice and willing and interested in improving.

The goal is to describe the most known social networks and their possible use and misuse in a business. The practical part of this work consists of interviews with representatives of two companies using Skype as an official communication channel and public inquiry about current trends in using of social networks and communication channels in work environment

Facebook Privacy

This paper deals with privacy on the social network Facebook. At the beginning has been defined terms such as privacy, personal data and social networks. Furthermore, it describes the history and gradual development of Facebook. Another chapter deals with the listing rules to ensure privacy on Facebook and how that information may be used in breach of these rules. Next, a description of social graph and its acquisition of Facebook API, which is then used in the next chapter, it shows a practical example of retrieving data from open-access user accounts. Then followed a survey that determines how well other users have setup privacy settings on Facebook. Finally, this paper is recommending most kinds of settings for your privacy, based on the fundamental principles of safe on the Internet and rules to ensure privacy on social networks.

Basic teaching methods and their use in social studies class

The thesis deals with the general educational program, the teaching methods, the group work and an evaluation. It also includes a description of the methodology and survey results of a public inquiry, which aimed to find out how students 6th grade of primary school are seen in the group work. The effort was made to increase the activity of the students to adopt an appropriate leadership lesson and to achieve a better understanding of the curriculum in social studies.

Comparison of selected websites in the sphere of Europe tourism

The main goal of this work is to create metodics which will compare choosen tourist websites. Firstly, I will choose 3 big tourist cities of Europe. I will make a lot of views on websites and each websites will recieves points depends on quality. In the end of metodics, the one websites will be the winner. The second part of this work is user ability test which will give participants qestions to find something on choosen website. I will compare the results of this test and make a conclusion which websites are best. After that I will compare results from metodics and the results from user ability test. In the end of this work I will highlight the main things which every tourist websites of big Europe city should have.
