Cílem této práce je výběr nejvhodnějšího fitness centra z konkrétní nabídky center v Praze. Na základě, pro mě, důležitých informací o daných centrech vypočtu výsledná pořadí center dle metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Konkrétně pracuji se třemi metodami, Electre III, WSA a Topsis. Součástí práce je teoretický popis zmíněných metod a dále jejich aplikace pomocí doplňku Sanna. Práce je rozšířena o anketu, kterou jsem provedla u deseti žen a zjistila, jak jsme na tom se cvičením. Také byla tato anketa přínosná díky získání nových vah a tím pádem i nového pořadí u všech tří metod. Studio Dokonalé tělo je součástí seznamu fitness center, s kterými pracuji. Jeho majitel pan Ing. Jan Stehlík byl od začátku kontaktování velmi milý, ochotný a projevil zájem o umístění jeho fitness centra. Poslední kapitola je tedy věnovaná zlepšení pozice tohoto studia. The aim of my thesis is focused on choosing best fitness center according to concrete offer in Prague. Using methods of multi-criteria decisions I will calculate the order according to important information. Specifically, I work with three methods, Electre III, WSA and Topsis. Theoretical description of these methods and their applications using the Sanna is included. The work is extended by survey - ten women were interviewed to find out how they stand with exercises. This survey was very useful mainly because of getting new weights and thus new order for all three methods. The last chapter is devoted to the case of improving studio "Dokonalé tělo" and its position. I communicated with its owner Ing. Jan Stehlík, he was very nice and willing and interested in improving.
