The aim of this Master's thesis is to analyze marketing plan of Nova Bank A.D.Banja Luka from the year 2010. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the main parts of any marketing plan and creates the base for practical part of this thesis. Practical part starts with description od Nova Bank A.D. Banja Luka, it takes us deeper into issues. In the next step I'm creating the situation analysis of the bank, which helps me with analysing bank's marketing objectives and strategies. After that I'm evaluating fulfillment of those marketing objectives. In the end I'm trying to think of some new ideas and to suggest possible steps, that could lead to improvement in functioning of the Nova Bank A.D.Banja Luka

The practical part deals with making of marketing campaign for concert of José Cura getting the data from the real campaing which was made for 19th International Musical Festival Český Krumlov.

The main goal of the Master's Thesis is to create one year marketing plan for the Müller for year 2012, which will be in accordance with actual market position and development of the Müller company. The Master's Thesis combines theoretical and practical approach and offers a comprehensive look at the issue of marketing plan. The first part deals with the situation analysis, including internal data, research data from research agency AC Nielsen and Porter's model of competing forces. The output of the situation analysis is the evaluation of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company, under which the marketing goals were proposed. Regarding the marketing goals a new strategies of marketing mix were suggested. The proposal of individual activity and their timing is illustrated in the chart of the action plan. The last part summarizes the systems of measurement and controls Design of individual activities and their timing is contained in the Action Plan. At the end are summarized measurement systems and controls.

The target of the graduation theses is the analyses, evaluation and proposal of reformative arrangements in connection with the marketing of Elizabeth Bath, especially with the focus on communication in marketing. Within the instrument of the marketing mix is the detailed focus orientated on advertising and its importance for the Elizabeth Bath. The end of the graduation theses is composed of a chapter related to the advertising of the Elizabeth Bath including the company's marketing plan and the medial plan for the year 2011. There is a possibility to meet with the new products, prepared events or the communication resources of the company in the year 2011.

Goal of this thesis is to compile a business plan including all the requisites necessary for the possible realization. It is desirable to describe all the risks and advantages as well. In the first part of the thesis there are explanations of the main themes describing making of a business plan, its common forms and integral parts. Second part is focused to the real point of view of the small profiting company planning about the diversification of its activities to the different sector. The processes in the company are designed to be effective and progressive when applying into the new segment of market. Planning is based on marketing research which provides informations for the plan of marketing. That plan is consequently exposed to the financial plan.

The practical part is dedidacted to each of marketing plan essential elements: SWOT analysis, marketing objectives and strategy, action plan and overall evaluation including recommendation for future activities.
