A Set of Problems connected with Personnel Management in a Chosen Company

The main aim of the thesis is to create a complete overview of particular activities of the human resources politics from the perspective of a modern corporate management. On the basis of theoretical principles developed by the HR management to assess the individual activities in the example of selected company and propose improvements in areas, in which seems deficiencies. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical principles of HR management, which constitute the basis for the evaluation of the HR management in the selected company, referred in the practical part. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the company, which is next featured under the fictitious name of Chemická, a.s.. The third part of the thesis presents a comprehensive view of HR management practice in the watched company. The structure of this part of the most deliberately corresponds theoretical part. Fourth part of the thesis evaluate on the basis of theoretical knowledge the real HR management in the selected company. The HR management is showing no sign of any serious failure. The activities are carried out professionally and secured by sophisticated company directives. The HR management seeks to meet both, corporate and the personal needs and goals. Chemická, a.s. respects in managing their human resources the modern approaches and strengthens so the strongest of the four pillars of business, the human resources.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of the information system in the company and to find out its functionality in the area of human sources retrieval. The thesis is focused on the activities of personal officers who work with information systems. It describes the progressive processes of the recruitment of new employees from the first contact to the final contract completion. It suggests the communication interface with personal servers dealing with automating of personal officers' activities and making their work more effective. It uses modern analytical tools and software methods. The part of the processing is also time and financial estimate for creating the application.

The aim of the project is to introduce the reader to the world of possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of current outsourcing, to highlight the factors limiting the use of outsourcing and the risks. Practical example then tries to introduce the reader to the creation and the process of the outsourcing relationship and to define the benefits and limitations resulting from the outsourcing of labour recruitment as part of personnel work.
Research, development and innovation investments: case study of the Czech Republic

Theoretical background for a knowledge- and innovation-based economic growth is built by macroeconomic theories of growth, whose overview is covered in the first part of this thesis. The methodology part designs and explains a set of indicators selected for the purposes of the consequent analysis, in order to assess and compare sources, outcomes and effects of research, development and innovation processes. The analytical part includes evaluation of all selected indicators including identification of probable causes of the identified developments and position of the Czech Republic within the European Union. The analysis is carried out in 5 consequent logic blocks, which fully cover the complete chain of consequences from costs up to final macroeconomic effects. One part of analysis concerning human resources in R&D is next to hard statistical data also based on the results of an own questionnaire survey designed especially for the purposes of this thesis to uncover motivating and discouraging factors standing behind university students' interest in doctorate degree attainment and in a career in research or development. The conclusive part of the thesis summarizes main findings and suggests directions for Czech R&D&I policy in order to achieve improvements in areas of the greatest inadequacies pointed out in the analysis.
Financial crisis and human resources

Diploma thesis is dealing with the relation of financial and economical crises 2008/2009 and human resources. The first part is focused on the causes of crises that we can find in human resource management and employees. Second part describes changes on the Czech labour market, and give a recomendations how the HR department can dealt with it. It also includes the steps that can prevent the future crises.
Human resources as one of determinating factors for image and prosperity tourism plants

First part of essay is theoretical. It deals with human resources and requirements on staff in restaurants. In the second part essay there is analysis of data obtained in survey. Questionaires included questions about visiting restaurants, preferences of quests depanding on staff behaving, frequency visits, gratuity, ... Second part essay includes conclusions from research practising in restaurants and recommendations for owner restaurants, staff and quests too.
Gaining and choosing employees in the art and culture sector
