Title: The current state of fitness of footballers 1. FC Viktorie Přerov in the juniors age Objectives: Determine the current fitness of footballers in category U12 - U15 in 1. FC Viktorie Přerov club Methods: Indirect measurement method Results: The best results had footballers from U15 category as we assumed. The difference between U15 and U14 was often very small. On the contrary U13 footballers were behind U14 a lot. The worst results had the youngest category U12. Players from U15 and U14 drop behind in 30 metres sprint in the contrary of Brazil U15 cathegory. Average results of U15 in Přerov is 4,52 seconds. Average results of Brazil U15 is from 4,24 to 4,30 seconds. In other disciplines are results similar with the other studies. Analysis of the current mental state before and after the race in triathlon

Title : Analysis of the current mental state before and after the race in triathlon Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine how the different current psychological state of athletes before and after the race in long distance triathlon in the dimensions of stress, depression, anger, vigor, fatigue and confusion, and what is the psychological state affects the subjective perception of performance obtained. Methods: For the diagnosis of current mental state before and after the race in triathlon we will use standardized psychological questionnaire POMS (Profile of Mood States - Short Form). For evaluating the statistical significance of differences between the results achieved triathletes before and after the race in long distance triathlon we will use a non-parametric t - test for two dependent files. Results: The results showed that the values for dimensions tiredness after the race, as expected, significantly increased. As expected, the values in the dimension of tension declined significantly. For other dimensions, the average values did not differ significantly. In the dimension of depression and anger average values decreased slightly. Title: Basketball conditioning training workout Objectives: The aim of this thesis is based on a survey to determine importance of fitness training in basketball, whether basketball players are using service of a conditioning coach or not, frequency, focus on fitness, equipment, additional sports etc. Methods: Data needed to process this thesis came out of a non-standardized anonymous questionnaire, which was created for professional basketball players and players of different performance levels. The reason is a opinion comparison of players of different skill levels. After obtaining the necessary data I evaluate the general characteristics and selected indicators. Results: The results of the thesis is confirmed by the survey (n = 55 male respondents). Fitness trainer representation is at more than 80% responces. Almost all respondents follow some kind of a fitness training plan, either directly led by a fitness trainer or a basketball coach. Title: Fitness preparation of younger boys in tenis Objectives: The aim of this work is to assess fitness preparation of young tenis players in years 11 - 14 and than find out their level of motor assumptions. Methods: In this work I used a method of testing, observation, interwiev with a trainer and comparative analysis. Results: I found out that players who regularly train fitness training significantly improved compared to those who don't have fitness training in their training mode. Nutritional indicators of competitive and profesional cross-country skiers

This bachelor thesis is focused on nutrition indicators for competitive and profesional cross-country skiers. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the importance of the sports nutrition for endurance athletes and to compare different diets for two differently capable groups of cross-country skiers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part comprises information about the physiology of cross-country skiing, in particular the important function of metabolism and morphological characterization of the cross-country skier. Furthermore, it describes specific requirements of the endurance athlete on a diet, individual macronutrients and micronutrients and describes proper diet supplements for endurance sport. The practical part summarizes results received on the basis of evaluation of the questionnaires about the characterization of the training and respondent's four-days-menus. The research data collection involved eight profesional and eight competitive cross-country skiers from the age 20 to 32. It was established that the profesional cross-country skiers have higher training capacity and therefore higher expenditure of energy than competitive cross- country skiers. Title: Fitness training in basketball Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to summarize and organize the knowledge about fitness training of basketball players and furthermore to classify the development of individual fitness abilities within the yearly training cycle. Methods: This work is done in the form of a literature review using the method of relevant literature sources analysis. Results: This thesis deals with aspects of fitness preparation, where basketball players focus themselves on the development of speed-force abilities, which are decisive for the performance of players. A chapter concerning the need for individualization of trainings is included for the scope of increasing fitness effectiveness preparation. Nutritional strategy for long-distance cross-country skiers

Title: Nutritional strategy for long-distance cross-country skiers Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to answer as the clearest as possible the following research questions: 1. How appropriate diet affects the internal environment of the body long-distance cross-country skiers? 2. What composition of the diet and supplements is most suitable for long-distance cross-country skiers? 3. When to start eating regime that will help competitors prepare the body for the completion of remote cross-country skiing? Methods: We used the research of czech and foreign literature. We searched the scientific studies related to our theme through the service Google Scholar. We also drew from licensed Internet databases (PubMed, SPORTDiscus, Scopus, ProQuest, OvidSP, JSTOR). Results: We found that long-distance cross-country skiers should follow the macronutrients and micronutrients content in connection with food intake. The ratios of nutrients taken depends on whether it is a period before the race, during the race or after its completion. However, a key role in all three phases perform carbohydrates. Nutrition for endurance runners

Title: Nutrition for endurance runners Objective: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain the importance of training diet, particularly a diet for marathon runners in the age of 30 - 40 years. Proposal of diet composition for marathon runners. Methods: I conducted a literature research of czech and foreign sources regarding training diet to get relevant information. I also searched for scientific papers using the internet database EBSCO and Scorpus. Results: Recommended amount of carbohydrates increases with duration. 8 - 10 g/kg of body weight is needed for a race lasting 2 - 4 hours. Recommended amount of proteins is 1,2 - 1,6 g/kg of body weight. The amount of fats, recommended for endurance running, is 1 g/kg of body weight. The runner should be well hydrated. Dehydration decreases performance. It is recommended to drink isotonic sport drinks with carbohydrates added. It is recommended to eat polysaccharide snack with low glycemic index weighing 1 g/kg of body weight. Endurance performance can be enhanced by consuming 100 - 250 kcal of carbohydrates every hour after the first hour of the race. It is also recommended to consume carbohydrates with high glycemic index and proteins (the ratio of carbohydrates to proteins being 4:1) 30 to 90 min. after finishing the performance.
