The permanent diaconate as a paradigm of ecclesiastic services
Šourků, Jindřich ; Kohut, Pavel Vojtěch (advisor) ; Novotný, Vojtěch (referee)
Anotation THE PERMANENT DIACONATE AS A PARADIGM OF ECCLESIASTIC SERVICES The Permanent diaconate, that have on the west extinction to practically for a thousand years, was restoration on the Second Vaticans council, practised on the years 1962-1965. It is the congregational sacrament, that can to give away to the married and the single man. In the present-day side by side there has been double diaconate, permanent and transient. That be related to yet used linear model congregational sacraments. Much better is the pyramidal model for to express congregational sacrament, which theological faithful shows the plentitude of the priesthood episcopacy, whereon the diaconate and the presbyter every one his specific way participate. The centre of diaconate is the action "in personnel Christi-Servi",which about to be also central structural member of the deacon's spirituality. He succeed Christ - Servant, which did not come be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. Deacon has be bearer of the Spirit services and in others Christian he has to wake up that Spirit.

Some aspects of the discontinuous Galerkin method for the solution of convection-diffusion problems
Hájek, Jaroslav ; Najzar, Karel (referee) ; Feistauer, Miloslav (advisor)
This work is concerned with the numerical solution of initial-boundary value problems for convection-diffusion partial differential equations. Three methods are studied and compared for this purpose: the combined finite element - finite volume (FE-FV) method, the discontinuous Galerkin finite element (DGFE) method of lines, and the spacetime discontinuous Galerkin method. The combined FE-FV method uses piecewise linear conforming finite elements for the discretization of the diffusion terms and piecewise constant FV approximation of the convective terms. The relation between the FE and FV approximations is determined by the so-called lumping operator. In the DGFE method of lines, the space semidiscretization is carried out by piecewise polynomial functions constructed over a triangular mesh, in general discontinuous on interfaces between neighbouring elements. In the space-time DGFE method, the approximate solution is piecewise polynomial in space as well as in time. We discuss both theoretical and practical aspects of the methods, and present numerical results for each of them. For the DGFE method of lines we derive an a posteriori error estimate.

Artificial neural networks and their application in the assessment of insurance risks
Macek, Karel ; Jiroutek, Pavel (referee) ; Mrázová, Iveta (advisor)
The present work studies applicability of artificial neural networks in the assessment of insurance risk. Structure and function of multilayer perceptrons, Kohonen maps, Fuzzy ART networks, and Fuzzy ARTMAP networks are described. Concept of insurance risk is defined and the ratemaking by generalized linear models is introduced. Neural networks' methods for reduction of input space's dimension, knowledge extraction, and visualization are summed up. Data describing traffic accidents are acquainted and results achieved on them are presented. The work successfully demonstrates theoretically and experimentally that multilayer perceptrons approximate better than generalized linear models. Modification of multilayer perceptron estimated distribution function of total claim. Analysis performed by Kohonen map and by subsequent visualization detected two significant clusters. Analysis by Fuzzy ART network is presented as a part of new algorithm for reduction of input space's dimension. New algorithm inspired by Fuzzy ARTMAP network discovered a group of accidents where the claim is above average. This group is delimited by interpretable rules. Attached CD contains scripts for Matlab and MySQL that was used for mentioned analyses.

Observation of non invasive and invasive screening cerebral vessels from the radiologic assistants view.
NOVOTNÁ, Dana
The subject my thesis was ? Observation of non invasive and invasive screening cerebral vessels from the radiologic assistants view". In the theoretical parts I explore the disorder of blood - vessel in cerebral occurrence (CMP) and its diagnosis. It is about the acute illness caused by closure of some of the cerebral arteries and resulting in vapidity brain (ischemic) or bleeding to the brain (haemorrhage). It ranks among the most frequent causes death in developed countries. The practical part includes research of usage non invasive and invasive depict methods in brain and cerebral vessels diagnostics. I processed quantitatively the statistical data which I gained from the Radio-diagnostic Ward in hospital in Ceske Budejovice. The result of this emerges from superiority of non-invasive screening above invasive one. In the non- invasive depict methods in diagnosis of CMP most often uses computation tomography (68 %), which for a certainty will distinguish ischemic from haemorrhage. Magnetic resonance (7 %) is more sensitive method at ischemic diagnostics. Another method is the ultra-sonography (13 %), in which we can assess the level of stenos/occlusion screened vessel. As the only vice invasive methods is catetrizac angiography (12 %), which is considered as the golden standard in displaying the blood - vessel bed. Its advantage is the possibility to join endovascular intervention. The next aim was to compare the role of radiologic assistant during single screening. It was necessary to find common point in practical activities of the radiologic assistant at both types o screening and to show the differences in specific substance and the work demands.

Aplikace opomíjeného praktického filtru pro lineárně Gausovské problémy s neznámým modelem chyb kovariantních struktur
Hofman, Radek
The paper presents a scheme for estimation of spatio-temporal evolution of a quantity with unknown model error. Model error is estimated on basis of measured-minus-observed residuals evaluated upon measured and modeled values. Methods of Bayesian filtering are applied to the problem. The main contribution of this paper is application of general marginalized particle filter algorithm to the linear-Gaussian problem with unknown model error covariance structure. Methodology is demonstrated on the problem of modeling of spatio-temporal evolution of groundshine-dose from radionuclides deposited on terrain in long-time horizon.

Analysis of major precipitation events in Kopaninský stream catchment flow - a comparison with radar data ČHMÚ
ZAVŘEL, Bohuslav
Due to more frequent occurrence of extreme precipitation and consequent floods, demands for more accurate input data for modelling of rainfall-runoff processes are growing up. These models provide an approximate picture of the future state of the watercourse and the basin. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to do an analysis of selected precipitation events in the in the Kopaninský stream research basin for more accurate information on rainfall-runoff processes. The aim of the analysis of individual precipitation events is to evaluate differences in total precipitation and volume measurements recorded in the basin and radar estimated precipitation. The output is detailed data series of spatial and temporal distribution of major precipitation events in the GIS used as input to hydrologic models. The issues of atmospheric precipitation, precipitation interpolation methods and meteorological radars are discussed in the literature review, which explains selected basic concepts and principles of these topics.

Study of the microRNAs in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
Hudcová, Kristýna ; Šulc, Miroslav (referee)
Searching for markers of disease is at the forefront of scientific interest. Biomarker of a specific disease should help in disease management - whether for diagnosing a disease or predicting its progress. We picked microRNAs - short RNAs that regulate mRNA translation, due to their stability and function in the regulation of many cellular processes. Therefore they can be used as a biomarker for many diseases. In our study we focused on neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), since this type of cancer is widespread and clinically important markers are missing. It is in our interest to seek new kinds of markers, suitable for early diagnosis of the disease and the most accurate assessment of prognosis. We selected 3 candidate miRNA (miR-29c-3p, miR-200b-5p, miR-375-3p) and used qRT-PCR method to profile their expression in tissues of patients with HNSCC. MiRNA expressions in 42 tumor samples were compared with the miRNA expression in adjacent tissue of the tumor. Adjacent tissue surrounds the tumor and has interesting properties, as it looks like a histological normal tissue, but on closer inspection it is not. It is affected by tumor tissue and may contribute to tumor progression. We managed to distinguish between these two tissues using miR-29c-3p and miR-375-3p. Additional analyzes were focused on...

Human capital requirements in terms off the structural changes in the Czech Republic economy
Grušáková, Markéta ; Lapáček, Michal (advisor) ; Vostrovská, Zdenka (referee)
Nowadays there has been a great public and economic discussion about recent dynamics in the labour market in the Czech Republic. We enjoy a significant decrease in the rate of unemployment, some branches of the czech economy suffer from a qualified labour power deficiency. There are signals that educational and professional structure of unemplyed people do not meet the employers' demand for qualified workers. In the first, theoretic, part I classify sectors, branches and professions together with educational levels. I describe the theoretical backround of structural changes in the economy and its effects on the labour market. I focus also on an active employment policy. The second, practical, part examines how the educational level and qualiffication influence a possibility to acquire a job in The Czech Republic. I detaily focus on differences across regions in respect to acquired education. Further I analyze how former working experience influences a final decision about engaging the employee and if the current trend is to engage graduates or experienced employees. Another part of the labour market are labour offices and HR agencies. That is why I study the differences between these two institutions, especially the differences in their clientship, again in respect to acquired education. Final conclusion resulting from my findings illustrate the trends in the czech labour market according to the economic developement and continuing structural changes. Built upon my analysis I predict which occupations will enjoy a boom and which one starts to suffer a decline. Furthermore I suggest which educational branches support and which not because they produce a lot of not-engageable people.
